I don't know if I'm more impressed by the door or the stamina the big man has exploding as hard as he can, hundreds of times in one session. Both are impressive
This video clearly shows that you don't need those fancy fingerprint, camera enabled lock. What you need is a strong door with frame.

I am definitely getting one of these doors for my flat. I looked into it a few years ago and was quoted £600 just for the installation (not by Lathams), so I will need to see if I can get that cost down. But let's face it, your average burglar is not gonna be anywhere near as strong as Eddie, so if the doors stand up well to him, they are going to fare even better against your average dodgy burglar. They are likely just not going to bother and they'll go to the house with a UPVC door instead!

Eddie hall saying he's 100% going to buy a lathams steel door. I don't think he needs one to be fair. who's going to break in to that house? Also i lolled at the police arriving in 10 minutes to a break in haha

Can you say why the outward opening door is more secure? Hinges exposed *looks* more vulnerable.
Hi Edward, thanks for your comment. So with the outward opening doors although the hinges are exposed, the hinge pins aren't so they can't be knocked out, also even if the hinges were removed, there's still 19 locking points holding the door leaf in the frame.
Fantastic video. Sad to see the good doors get hit by the sledge hammer.
Only question being are the locks pick resistant ? So many tools available to by pass once good locks.

Hi @lizzapailia959 thanks for your comment. They are indeed, we offer up to a 3* kitemarked cylinder, which offers anti-snap, anti-drill and anti-pick protection on them. We use them on all of our security rated doors.
Thank you for your reply. You're probably aware of the modern day lock picks that are easily defeating once secure locks. We're in the USA. So idk if it's feasible to try to purchase products from you.

Is this 20 gauge or 24 gauge steel
Hi @All_Amin, thanks for your comment, we use 1.0mm double skinned galvanised steel for the front door leaves, which is approx. 19 gauge I believe, and 1.2mm on the high security door, which is around 18 gauge.
