- The year 1977 is a further development of Corgi. this year it continued the series of movie vehicles, releasing the underwater car lotus from James Bond, "The Spy Who Loved Me". The publication presented today includes a very large range of products enriched with the Concorde plane and the Coronation carriage.

Thank you for showing these catalogues. I see a few in this one I had. 1:40 Can't be many companies that made a diecast AMC Pacer. A car which was never able to fully realise its potential.
It seems to me that this model, both in real life and among children, was not very popular.

Love that. Had 10 of those. I really liked the caravan as we had one as a family. I was 7 in 1977. Do not recall Corgi Juniors. Think I only had the larger Corgis and Matchbox.

Sehr schöner Ausflug in die Vergangenheit! Corgis hatte ich nicht soviel wie Siku, doch waren das klasse Modelle. Vor allen die Fahrzeuge aus Filmen oder Fernsehserie, wie Kojak, Starky&Hutch, Tarzan usw.. waren super Spielzeuge! Danke für den Katalogrundgang!

I just picked up the 1976 Corgi catalog, was about to do a video about. Shockingly the 76 has all the same toys but the print is very different. The 1976 catalog reads like a comic book with all the TV licensed they used to have. 1977 catalog it’s as if they dumbed all those license in one night...weird.
it was a German version maybe that's why there are such differences. Best wishes

While I am watching this video, a little boy appears in my mind's eye who was standing in front of the toy shop and flattened his nose on the window.... (Especially the military vehicles 😁) At that time I could only afford a few corgi models and unfortunately I don't own any of them anymore. Während ich dieses Video ansehe, erscheint vor meinem geistigen Auge der kleine Junge der damals vor dem Spielzeugladen stand und sich die Nase am Schaufenster plattdrückte.... (Vor allem bei den Militärfahrzeugen 😁) Corgimodelle konnte ich mir damals nur wenige leisten und leider besitze ich keins mehr davon. Toll aber, daß Du mir die Möglichkeit gibst, sie noch einmal wiederzusehen. 😁👍🏼
