the definition of a home is where you and most people grew up. You can say the house is more align with what most people expect but you can't really say it feels more like home. You feel it is closer to YOUR life style and thats it. People who grow up in a billionaire household might feel this house is way too small to be called home. :)
Agreed! The 10 million dollar houses just feel like you're staying at a hotel, which is nice at the beginning but after a while gets boring and you kind of get homesick(I have spent weeks on end in hotel I kind of know what I'm talking about lol)
Zaid Habash i agreed. At first, it was so exciting and relaxing but after 3-4 days i always waiting the day when i can go back to my home.

Yeah, I was kind of shocked at how much usable space they got out of this. I only wish the roof was slightly less hostile. It looks like a great place to sit at night, enjoy the view and breeze. I guess teenagers will find their way there even so.

Naomi Briones I personally didn’t go to university full time ! I went for a degree apprenticeship! And went for the hands on approach ! Attended Uni 1 day a week and spent the rest of my time learning on site and physically Doing the job ! In my opinion it is 100% the best way to do it ! But you have to decide what the best route is for you !

As you can see, not a lot compared to what you can get for that price in most areas. In many places, $1,500,000 can buy or build you a palace or castle!
These videos are the pinnacle of property tours. Enes talks about all details, but they are brief. Editing and transitions are fitting the "aura" that comes with touring a specific house. He also isn't a mooch when it comes to touring expensive mansions. And to think he only has 86 thousand subscribers compared to other realtor channels. As they say, quality over quantity. Great job!

This house rocks! I could picture myself living there. The fact that there are no common walls, and that the adjacent residences are single story is a plus as well. In NYC, you can only get a small condo for 1.5 million and it wouldn't be a new build either.

It amazes me how much homes sell for in LA. 😱 What I’ve enjoyed most about your tour videos is that you have taught me to pay attention to the little details, such as just replacing a faucet, make it an interesting one! I’ve also found much joy in creating a few paintings to hang around the house inspired by the areas of California in your videos as well as the properties shown. Not sure why I’m telling you this, but there it is. Haha I look forward to your next one!

But with each day Enes, you continue to go out there with a good attitude showing your viewers to keep pressing forward and to not give up because we will all get through this together. You may not feel that's the message that comes across on your Channel but it is. Even though you don't talk about your personal life on this channel, it doesn't mean you yourself don't have hard times as well. i'm quite impressed on the way the developer use that small land/lot into multiple houses. and each houses have 2 car garage! that was impressive👍plus the house looks very spacious and cozy. i would love to buy the house if i have the money.

I also liked the insertion of the floor plan for each level. If you pause the video there for a minute you can get an idea of where your taking us on the tour in relation to the rest of the home. This is actually a really good price for a home like this. The bedrooms are rather small though, good for very small kids, not for teenagers I'd say.
A house like this would be more expensive here in Luxembourg, so for LA it seems to be a good price.

I think it would be interesting if you did a video on a mansion in a cheaper region. Like i know mansions in Hamilton and Marion counties Indiana are sometimes massive but they are WAY much less than the ones in Cali. Or even Mansions north of Chicago on Lake Michigan are much less than this even!
