Wow, that is a wicked awesome original song brother....I've played this video on repeat in my Jeep while driving, just because I love your tune man so keep up the killer playin!!!
Dude that riffage is fucking magnificent. The map sounds good, especially with the OD on, but dude your song is the most impressive part of this video.
Its great with the 808od Because that gain's just not enough. I feel like it's something good to have in the studio as a preamp, or even just the direct recording itself.
Hello, great playing, I like your picking style. I am running a GSP1101 can I use this as a preamp for the GSP 1101. If yes how do you set it up as a preamp only. Can this Peavey amp go without a speaker out if it is connected to my GSP1101 . My sound goes out of my GSP TO A BBE 4882i then to my Mackie speakers.
Thanks! I haven't actually, no, and unfortunately I don't have the amp any more so I can't try it, but I bet it would work wonders with a better power amp!
Hi! I have a same amp and I can't set this sound! :( Can you help me? How do you set it while you have recorded that? How much was the gain and the EQ? And is the Maxon pedal important? A have a lot of od and booster pedals but I do not have Maxon. XD How did you set the pedal? Please help me. :/
Hi there. The volume was all the way up, the Tone was at about 10 o'clock, and the gain was on 6, with the Maxon OD808. I don't think it matters if you have the Maxon or not, just a good boost would do :)
Hi Dude! I got an Ibanez Tube Screamer and I've got the wanted tone at last! :D Them sound great together! Thank you again for the previous helping! :)
It's a Japanese SLAT3-6. They stopped making them around 2010/11, but you can still find them here and there second hand. They came stock with EMG 81/85 but I swapped them out for Seymour Duncan Distortion/59 (just my preference). Cheers!
Banking money having 2 cabs puts them in paralell and cuts the ohms in half. 2 8ohm cabs will be 4 ohms, or 2 16ohm cabs will be 8 ohms. Both are cool. But two 4 ohm cabs will be only 2, and that is too low. Hope i helped
Yeah, different circuit, but still does the same job in boosting the signal and tightening the amp :) Though I still think this amp sounds great without a boost for rock.
Haha, man, I've got one of those too! And by one of those, I mean that guitar cable in the background - metallic with the red band around it... But after a year, what are your thoughts on this amp? Does it get a lot of use?
No unfortunately not. So little in fact that I moved it on. That's not because of the amp itself, it's because I have other methods for home practice use which I find more convenient, such as plug-ins and other little practice amps. This is the perfect home rehearsal amp though, thanks to the fx loop, if you want to rehearse songs for a show that require switching etc. I'd absolutely still use it if it were my only method of home-level amplification.

Sick 🤘 I loved it! I tried getting this mini amp but they were all sold out and everytime I had no money I would see them online or at a store and everytime I had money none were available for sale 🥲🥲🥲🥲
After a minute I forgot this was a gear review because I was just enjoying the riffs.

Thanks man!
Bad ass riffs dude

Nice demo! Ordered mine, stoked to get it!
Great demo and your riffs are pretty awesome too.

I want one for my Marshall cab. That was badass dude.
Agreeing with Locran....Pummeling riffs as always!

Holy shit make an album PLEASE
Haha I am dude! I'm one of the guitarists in a band called Lower Than Bones. Check us out on facebook, tunes coming soon!
What tuning are you in? Is this E Standard? Eb/D# Standard?
Eb standard! Best tuning for thrash!
This is the best demo I've seen of this amp by far. Have you tried using it as a preampfor another amp?
Thanks! I haven't actually, no, and unfortunately I don't have the amp any more so I can't try it, but I bet it would work wonders with a better power amp!
Hey man! One more question... what kind of mic did you use to record this audio?
Sm57 :)
Great!.....which song do you play?
My own composition, thanks dude!
What tuning? Sounds like D#, but unsure
Yeah you're right, it's Eb standard (D#)
SOUNDS HUGE !!!! .....you could've done an album's worth of material
This little fucker sounds great Im going to pick one up as a backup head to my 6534+

Hey bro! Nice video!
You used a 4x12 marshall cab 1960A, right?
And which pedal used as a boost on this video?
Hi there, thanks! It was a Marshall 1960A, yeah! And the boost was a Maxon OD808. Cheers!
nice Jackson ! which modell is it ?

I was about to ask the same!
Jackson fuckin'rules!
Cheers from Portugal 🍺🤘
what use pos processing?
Typical guitar EQ (hi-pass, lo-pass) and a little reduction at about 2khz (very 'hissy' and noisy in that area)
CAn this handle 2 x 4x12 cabs?
Banking money minimum of 4 ohms. So if they are 8 or 16 ohm cabs then yes. If either cab is 4 ohms, then no.
Banking money having 2 cabs puts them in paralell and cuts the ohms in half. 2 8ohm cabs will be 4 ohms, or 2 16ohm cabs will be 8 ohms. Both are cool. But two 4 ohm cabs will be only 2, and that is too low. Hope i helped
with ts9 in front? Wow!
Maxon OD808, but yeah pretty much the same thing!
Numbskull Audio Production ts808 has more gain and compression hhaha, thanks! I waiting for mine, just need the cab :(
Yeah, different circuit, but still does the same job in boosting the signal and tightening the amp :) Though I still think this amp sounds great without a boost for rock.
That's a cool Carcass song
