I like to avoid that hole up at the peak. I let the my first finish peak run down the other side of the fascia about an inch before my last finish piece of fascia goes on.

Can I do this myself? Can I cover the existing or should I remove the old? I need to replace the trim around my garage door it has bent outward where the concrete heaved any advice for that? It would be a good video.

Did you not have a brake to cut that strip off and bend the hem instead of smash it with a hammer? It would have made a cleaner cut and better folded hem.

    • @asm101
