Request / suggestion for a video ❤ design for disability accessibility in Airbnbs. Including breaking down the difference between service animals, emotional support animals, and pets. Unfortunately, so many hosts are not educated about these distinctions and *** illegally *** do not allow service animals because they think they are pets - incorrectly. It's definitely an area where people need more education from reputable sources. When hosts seek to accommodate people with limited mobility, safety equipment like shower grab bars or anti-slip mats, lighting on walkways, railings, a grabber/reacher tool, etc. These are basic inclusion and safety measures that serve EVERYONE better, not just people with disabilities.
