Hey Wheelman, the new update has certainly changed ECM tactics, and they are very much still in development for me. I think XMT 2 has to be the go, careful consideration is needed for when to consent and when to go music off. For now, I think the key points are to: 1. Only power the modules you need for the current threat radar system. 2. XMT2 when trying to deny the adversary a first shot opportunity but understand the 30% penalty to ownship radar. 3. Distribute the roles across the flight, perhaps the aircraft who is actively targeting the group goes 'music off' while the other members go 'music on'. 4. Flight members who get spiked go music on and then shift the targeting to a member who is untargeted to actually lock and shoot where feasible. 5. Don't forget ARH now HOJ so going 'music off' in the crank and out is pretty important. Please let me know your thoughts and any results you have seen! Also, come fly with us again soon?
@@__Dusty_ Ah cool. And nice video BTW, So I wonder if A.I. also suffers a radar penalty for their jamming now...? Man I hope I can find time soon - been parenting and working and not much else. I did just setup my 2nd monitor with my MFDs tho. Hope we fly soon!
Great BVR content as always
Thanks Freeman!
Awesome as always. Y'alls comms always sound sexy.
Thanks Ripper! :)
Has the ECM update changed your tactics much? What ECM settings do you use during this timeline?

hii, i really wanna get into bms again, do you think i can join your flight?
Best thing to do is to join UOAF or Falcon Lounge discord to get into multiplayer flying :)
