    Sometimes the sun alone will will melt that siding like that. The sun melted the siding on my house and my neighbors here in Tennessee and it’s on the front of the house

    • @steppspressurewashing

      I have seen where the sun has melted vinyl siding as well. Mostly I have only seen it when a neighbors windows are reflecting the light onto the siding though.

    Just stumbled across your channel. Pro tip for your gun setup, add a 6 or 8in extension screwed into the gun then add your tips off if that. Yes to the 3 or 4 banger for the m5 and shooter tip. Thats all youll ever need for downstreaming.

    • @steppspressurewashing
      @steppspressurewashing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the tip, what would be the benifits for the additional extension?

    • @GorillaSoftwash
      @GorillaSoftwash ปีที่แล้ว +3

      As the water passes through the components of the gun its slows down the water molecules and creates atomization so the theory is if it exits the gun and hits the extention 1st then it allows the water to come back together better the catch pressure through the shooter tip. It does give you better production.

      I can close the fan all the way and still pull soap. Built in unloader from when I bought the pump. It's lasted 3 years, so no complaints from me. Thanks for the sub!

    • @jflekjfe0902
      @jflekjfe0902 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It should pull soap no matter which way you have it open if you're running a dedicated softwash system with a proportioner deciding how much soap is being sent to the nozzle. It should only vary if you're using a downstream injector, no?

      @steppspressurewashing but I'd like to pull some quick 45 minutes to a hour house washes @ $250 or better so I'm not at the same place all weekend plus some places don't pay as soon as a job is done , I have to wait a week or 2 and I have alot of $$$ tied up into the chemicals. @steppspressurewashing  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@TROUBLE8088 Wow, that's a pretty good average. I'm not making $250 in 45 minutes down here in NC. I think my average is about $200 per house, and average about 1.5 -2 hours per job. If you're averaging $3200 for 15 hours of work I would try to expand on that side of your business. Not all customers pay right away either. My understanding is the higher your gpm the faster you can wash. But you still have setup and dwell time.

    Do you control whether both nozzles are pulling no chemical by controlling if downstream connected to SH?

    • @steppspressurewashing
      @steppspressurewashing  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don't have a DSI bypass. One nozzle has a large orifice allowing a lower back pressure in the line causing soap to flow. One Nozzle has a smaller orifice creating a higher back pressure in the line which stops the flow of chem.
