Chicken Biryani | Authentic Karachi style | Sindhi Biryani

Ingredients :
8 Onions
1 Lemon
6 Potatoes
6 Tomatoes
4 Green Chilli
2 Cup Oil
6 black peppers
1 Cinnamon stick
1/2 Teaspoon star spice
5 Cloves
1 Bay leaves
2 Tablespoon Ginger & Garlic paste
2 KG Chicken
1 Tablespoon Garam masala
1 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Green Chilli Paste
1 1/2 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli
1 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 1/2 Tablespoon Paprika
1 1/2 Tablespoon Coriander
1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Black pepper
1 Tin Tomatoes
1 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
6 Tablespoon of Yoghurt
4 Tomatoes
4 Green Chilli
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg & Mace Powder
1 Teaspoon Star Spice
1 Lime
Asli Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg & Mace Powder
1 Tablespoon Kewra Water
5 Cups Rice ( Half cook the rice in the pot then take out it, once we add the half cooked rice in the layering process it will be fully cooked on low heat.
10 Dried plums ( Add to thee chicken masala )

Absolutely fantastic recipe !!! I tried it today using lamb meat 🍖 instead of chicken. It turned out very delicious and mouthwatering. We could include few fresh mint leaves and saffron in this recipe to improve the level of flavour.
