    i think you mentioned something that happened to me today. instead of spreading the floor, but more of pushing the feet into the floor its much more effective to me. sick man. your videos sometimes are what i experience and then you mentioned it and im like OK YUP im doing something right ahaha like validation ahaha thanks man

    Idk why, but I usually don't think about this during deads. I did today and had a much better time drawing into tension!

    How are the Reebok compared to the Sabo for sumo deadlift? Do you think that their slightly thicker sole can affect someone who weak off the floor? Thanks!

    I think they have discontinue reebok crossfire ltr, i only have saboo deadlift. What other flat shoes do you recommend?
