This is a childhood classic for us 2000s kids. Loved this movie growing up.
I was obsessed with the smurfs (both these movies and the cartoon version) when I was a child and I can confirm that when you’re like 8 years old, putting “Smurf” in front of every word was indeed very funny (or “Schlumpf” because I’ve never actually seen this in English, only the German dub)

The smurfs really do something to me everytime that i watch it. I want to live this movie, i can smell the scent of It, is everything so... Magical and real for me at the same time 😅 i think it's because this was my entire childhood, in that time was everything good in my life, so maybe is that good feeling of living in the good days...????

Gargamel is the first one wanting to eat little creatures. Trolls copied them. I loved the 80s cartoon show as a kid and this sticks to it pretty well.

I remember watching this movie a few times when I was a kid. Granted, I didn’t know a lot about the Smurfs, but I did get to know it more in this movie. And man, does this movie have some big name celebrities? Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, Hank Azaria, Katy Perry, just to name a few. Since this is a kids movie, the kids who did watch this probably had a smurfing good time. (Sry.)
