These videos are much better and clearer than the owners manual that comes with. I traded my 2014 for a 2020 and can't believe the difference I did spend a few times trying to open the hands free tailgate with kicking under the back bumper before I watched the first video. Love it and still learning.

Hi great video, I have two questions if you can help?
Firstly when you turn the car on a warning message appears on the screen that you have to click OK everytime which is annoying. Anyway to bypass that?
Also can you do a video on fuel economy? I am in the UK and want to try and drive using the battery as much as possible to try and save fuel where I can. Is this possible? Many thanks

Great videos and great information . I have two questions for the 2022 Honda Touring CRV Hybrid. How do you add directional points (N S E W etc) to the dashboard. Also, does this vehicle read the speed limit signs and place them on the dashboard? Thanks so much.
On the top center of the touchscreen, you'll see the compass. The CRVs don't have traffic sign on them.

Hi Chris . very informative video . I have observed in my new CRV Ex that on uphill sort of roads , if i stop at signals while restart on green , it backsup meanwhile I switch my foot from break to gas paddle. I did not have this issue on my nissan . Is there any fix for this .( other than automatic break hold ) Thanks in advance
The Honda CRV is rolling backwards while on inclined when you release the breaks to gas? Hill start assist should prevent you from rolling down the hill.
At Steering's left side round buttons, currently left and right button changes the source(USB, FM, AM, Bluetooth) anyway we can change that go next(song) in current source say USB.
My wife uses apple carplay all the time. I believe she hits left or right to change songs while up and down are for the sources. Thank you for watching

I haven't tried playing videos from an usb stick on the CRV touchscreen. But in my tips and tricks video, you can use the internet browser and hot spot from your phone... thank you for watching

It should automatically change to driver 2 if you have fob 2 in the vehicle, fob 1 not in the vehicle while on.

Thank you for your video! Question: How do I permanently turn off the feature where the Engine shuts off when break is depressed ex. At stop light or stop sign? I want this feature to be completely off and not have to press the A with arrow clockwise button before every drive.

How does the AC system work on these CR-V hybrids? Does it work similar to the Prius/Rav4 hybrids where it stays on at all times using the hybrid battery and kicks the ICE on to recharge?

Do you have a visor on on the radio and phone GPS. Is it possible to play the radio in the background and have the GPS map displayed . Every I try to have them both the radio screen is displayed and only hear the GOS directions which isn’t good for me.

Chris, is it true that mostly the pixel and Samsung phones will connect wirelessly for android auto without having to plug it into the USB port. I have a Oneplus 8, and it gives an error message on the radio, SMARTPHONE INCOMPATIBLE. Have you heard anything about this?

unfortunately that's something that I would have to play around with in person to see why it's doing that. Contact your Honda salesperson to see if they can assist in person.
I have a question. Just purchased a 2022 Honda CRV EX Hybrid. Love the car, except for the sound quality on hands free phone calls. I can hear them, but they can't hear me. Sounds like I'm under water, and this gets worse at higher speeds. Any suggestions? I see this is a common complaint with this vehicle. I have an appt with the dealer next week to check it out out. Help!

I have spent hours trying to learn how to toggle the sirius xm mix presets on my 2022 CR-V EX L. I combine them into "mix" buttons, but then I can't toggle them. Please help! Having only 12 is awful.

I had my first service done on my Honda CRV touring. Now the instrument panel display shows an Oil can and reads oil life 100%. How do I change this back to what I used to have which was a mileage indicator information set up?

Hey Honda crazy Chris it drives me bonkers that the window on the passenger side auto rolls up or down when u hit the button and the menu says window setup but it has nothing on that section about the window controls how do I stop this function so the window will roll down as much as I want???

Not in the Honda CRVs, that only available in the Honda HRVs
Question how do I get the radio to ask me to read a message out loud on a Honda 2022 Honda CRV EX it pops up the little screen but it doesn't ask me I have to push read it used to ask me if i want the message read and I use to be able to voice yes or no

In July 2023 I bought a certified 2020 Honda CRV LX. There is a picture on the dash that shows the tire pressure numbers on all four tires. But now the numbers no longer appear. How do I get tjose numbers to show up again?

I just bought a 2020 CR-V EX. My salesman showed me the ropes. One option I had was for having directional arrows on my instrument panel. I said NO do not display. However, when I use WAZE via my Android Auto, the arrows still show. How do I turn it off?

I think I have it, also discovered I could program destination by voice command. Do you think this way is best or do destination on phone before connection to car.
I like the voice command but it really comes down to personal preference.

Hey Chris. I messed up my dashboard and would like to get it back to the default however every time I press default and press OK it never goes back to default. Subsequently when I messed up my dashboard I can no longer use the steering wheel arrow to advance songs. 🤷♂️. Help pls. I have a 2022 CRV mid trim I bought in MX (I live here).

Yes, the remote start is standard.

My 2020 crv auto engine doesn’t work with AC on, why is that?
The idle-stop feature won't engage if the cabin temp is not at the set temperature. Another example would be if the engine is too cold. It has progroms to protect itself.

Just bought my new 2022 CRV, and the sales guy didn't seem to keen on teaching me how to use everything, asked several times if I really needed his help, as I was signing the paperwork, so I finally no, I will be fine just because he made it really obvious that he had no interest in helping me once the paperwork was signed.

Now on our 2020 EX sometimes if the passengers are the last ones out of the car when they shut their door the car beeps repeatedly and will not lock automatically, this happened even if I am standing less than a foot away from the door. Often you either have to open and shut the door again for the auto-lock to work or manually lock it. I noticed it does this if the driver shuts his door first before they do or sometimes if the door is not shut hard enough even though it is shut enough to latch and not be partially open. Is this normal behavior?
Hello Andrew, I'm a visual guy and would have to see it to fully understand the situation. If the vehicle is running while you walk out with the key fob and close the door behind you. The vehicle will beep at you to inform you that it's still running and not detecting a fob inside the vehicle. When this happens the doors won't lock when you walk away.
