When you are in the files make sure to click the show more button to locate the pdf file FMQ Sampler open it with Acrobat Reader (Adobe pdf) this was how I was able to open it.

You can use pen or pencil to trace it, or put it under your machine without bobbin and top thread and stitch through it.
I want to try this on my practice quilt.
