Self closing drawer slides issue

  • I'm having some issues with these self-closing drawers slides. Looking for some master carpenter advice!

    This issue is driving me nuts. I reset the slides 3x. Used spacers and everything is square, level and parallel. Might be truss head screws...

    Did you ever find the problem/solution? I have the same problem.

      Unfortunately no. Check for square and level slides. I think it was actually bad slides in this case.

    I may be mistaken, but are you using low profile (shallow head) truss-Head screws to fasten slides to drawer and cabinet? I thought I saw flat heads (which where protruding ).

    Having the exact same issue at the same point, swapped out for a different slide, the dimension of the cabinet is uniform top to bottom, the three drawers beneath it are the same width as the one not functioning, so I am not sure what the solution is either

    Quality slides-aligned properly from front to back. Yours was not aligned properly in back.

    make the drawer smaller, it does help me tho
