That was one of the calmest pike i have seen. The ones i always catch are energetic bastards.
remember folks, it's the shorter days that trigger fish to feed more aggressive not necessarily the colder weather, and boy are the days getting shorter! the bite is on. Get after them folks!

So what would you recommend? More noisy and flashy stuff? I've been getting skunked too much, only caught a single bass recently.
@Voltzy boi 3.0 I recommend lots of switching of everything... Bait types, bait colors, tempo, technique... Just throw everything at the wall n see what sticks. I've never caught a bass in my life, we don't get them here. But that's what I do to get the skunk off the board, here, for zander pike n perch.
Been having a lot of luck lately with the Keitech Easy Shiner 4" and it's become my go-to to try first, but if it doesn't bring anything on shore in the first hour, I just go through everything in my bag at random till I find what works.

Don’t know if you’ll see this, but I think I speak for everyone when I say I love when you pour molds. With that being said, you should make a long video of you pretty much just pouring and making a lot of soft plastic baits

You’re nitpicking because it seems like you’re close to mastering the craft. From a layman’s perspective I was in awe of how amazing that turned out. Thank you for sharing your bait making journey!
Try switching your treble hooks out for regular j hooks, or in lines.
And attach them to your main hook by tying it,
A way of attaching them that I have seen BUT NOT USED, is to tie braid onto your follow hook, and putting the other end of short braid around the hook (like piercing the braid with the hook) and then singing the edges so it doesn’t fray apart, glue if needed.

Killer, I hadn't heard about this, but then realized its not live on the site yet lol.
Btw here in belarus when we fishing for pike with big plastic baits we usually use 2 treble hooks that are connected with a small wire, much easier to set a hook
