Worst packing ever by NECA

- I was so happy when this went up for preorder. i did the entire set and was so happy when it arrived! until i saw the box. which looked like it had been punched several times and probably kicked for good measure. when you watch the video you can see how everything looks. i contacted NECA and was told sure you can send it back but if its sold out youll just get a refund...so that doesn't really do me any good...so this transaction leaves me a bit sour...the figures look great but sucks they came so mashed up.
Did anyone else order these and how did yours come?

That sucks so bad. SPirit Halloween is also awful with packing. They shipped my Killer Klowns exclusive Funkos in a softpack and they were trashed too. It's ridiculous how little care is put into the packaging. I did see those Ben Cooper figures yesterday at Walmart and they look so cool!!

WOW!! That is a big ol bummer😢 I actually just saw some of these at my local Walmart surprisingly. Along with the new Jigsaw John Kramer and Hannibal Lecter. I was shocked the display they had out. A bunch of other new stuff too. Anyway, I hope you get it all sorted out brother. Take it easy🤘👹🤘
Man, I feel your disappointment. That sucks. Just for that reason I ordered a set from BBTS and paid for collector grade packing. Also, In my frenzy for these things, I got a set from ZLC too. Usually pretty happy with their packing. Got the ones from Walmart a couple of days ago. Nothing like going in and picking them yourself.
Man I shoulda just done that to avoid this headache! Usually NECA does excellent packaging for their shipments but this was horrendous
They've started using the Amazon school of packing collectibles rule set...sheesh!

That blows , it’s a pain in the ass to have to email etc to get this resolved. Those figures and the box art is sweet, like that it’s 💩
