Lazada is a reseller for AliBaba. Expect problems on some 25% of your orders (not as advertised, not working, blatant knock off). If needed, customer service is non existent, the bot is stupid beyond belief, there is no way to send an email and the phone will not be picked up. Sure, prices are better than in Europe, but definitely not better than in surrounding countries or in the local shops. As for service if a defect, warranty will not apply.

I will be visiting Bangkok inn few days, I am a tourist, can I get it delivered to my hotel in Bangkok? even if I am not in my room will they deliver it at the reception if I have already paid thru my card ?
Shouldn't be a problem. Ask for the delivery address at the hotel and check that they are ok with this first. They'll probably help enter it in Thai if needed too (if it's a friendly hotel..). Thanks for watching 👍🏽

So before I go there I wanna order some stuff on Shopee with my own account (not sure if it works without Thai number of the account) to my Thai friend's house.(So there's no problem with an address to receive) But the thing is, I can't seem to enroll a credit card on the app. Everytime I try, it pops up saying it failed. Also, does it require a phone number of the account? It constantly pops up saying that I need to verify my phone num. I would be very appreciated if you could help me with this issue. I managed to do it with a UK MasterCard (debit) but I've got a Thai phone number. I'm not sure if it will work with a none Thai number. Ask your friend to order if they will. You can usually pay cash on delivery to avoid the need for a bank card. Thanks for watching 👍🏽

My foreign credit cards don’t work on shoppee but on lazada they do 😂😂
