South Stack (Ynys Lawd), Anglesey (4k)

Here is short aerial video of South Stack (Ynys Lawd in Welsh), Anglesey, North Wales.
South Stack is an island located just off Holy island on the northwest coast of Anglesey, North Wales. A lighthouse was built on the island 1809 and is still in use to this day. A bridge connects the island to Holy Island. South Stack is a very popular tourist destination due to its spectacular scenery, its views of Ireland, sunsets and wildlife.

Beautiful footage. I'm trying to get some similar with kayaks floating past. Which drone are you using? I'm very nervous flying mine so far from land!!

Hi Ian. Thanks for your comment. I have the DJI Mini 3 Pro, it’s brilliant. I’m also very nervous of flying it over water, my main concern is bird strikes, especially at South Stack. I would suggest making sure you know your drone inside out on land first, plan your shots before but then you just need to take care and go for it. The DJI Mini 2 is a great cheaper alternative to the 3 or the 3 Pro as well.
