Peterbilt and Kenworth are 2 of my favorite American truck brands. Kenworth used to be my #1, but now, Peterbilt is my #1 favorite while Kenworth is at #2.
They are basically the same now lmao. The video didn't even tell you what's the difference because there isn't any really
@Andrew Bartholomew It's like a Camaro vs Firebird. Same thing underneath, body and interior is a little bit different.
Would like to see Volvo and Scania
Planned to next week👍
@@TruckTropia International and Freightliner
@@sstevocamaro freightliner and western star is best
Volvo is trash
Most companies opt for the Cummins X-15 engine over the Paccar. They also prefer the Eaton/Fuller transmission, especially the 13 speed.
Isuzu vs Hino please.
They are still marketing globally including Australia
It’s like Chevy and GMC trucks. Can’t go wrong with either one.
I drove both, kenworth will be my number 1 truck brand of all time
Thanks for sharing
To be employed with Peterbilt, you have to be named Peter is what i heard. Apparently it's so when a production problem occurs they can say Oh For Pete's Sake!, and nobody get's in trouble.
Clever system huh 😎
😂😂
i have a 579 and just love it. Very comfortable ride and good quality. Thanks PACCAR!
2024 Kenworth T680 with Cummins owner operator package, with FET is 215k
I’ve heard the comparison of Kenworth being the Ford and Peterbuilt being the Lincoln.
Always wanted to know this; my uncle was a regional sales manager for KW in Arkansas.
I wanna see a vid where you compare the Freightliner, Peterbilt and kenworth.❤ Love the vid's
Thanks 👍
Peterbilt is a hiway truck. Kenworth is hiway and offroad heavy duty trucks. I know because I worked offroad myself.
If you’re working off-road get a western star. There’s a reason all log trucks are western star.
@@FatalRanger-fo1gxnot when I logged in Idaho in the 70s. But that was a long time ago.
you should do a compare of kenworth w900 and peterbilt 389
Yes, more brand comparison please.
They are coming 😃👍
Both high quality products… spec either with a Thermo King APU from the factory!
Save fuel by eliminating the big engine idle and keep really comfortable in the sleeper.
Would like to see Mercedes and Fuso
Id much rather a ol 9300 big bore international than either paccar products
I love both Peterbilt and Kenworth! They are my top 2, originally Kenworth was #1 but now Peterbilt is. I just like the way they look a bit better is all in my opinion.
Never tried a peter built, but the kenworth not a fan of the over sized hood or the degree of turn available for backing
Drive a t680 for a few years. I'll take my Cascadia any day over a PACCAR
It’s depend on how to spec those tractors
I love them both.
After so many exterior interior videos
It's great to see a proper complete video 🔥🔥
But i want you to answer (no diplomatic answers) if you are supposed to chose which one you would buy 🌚🌝
Peterbilt i Think 😅👍
@@TruckTropia same man 💀
If you can afford the peterbilt then go buy the janky version called "The Pete"
Volvo bough Mack in 2000. I would like to know how they differ.
Will come 👍👍
I think you lost a bit of your innovation. In the past you compared the durability of trucks, specially engine. I think most important things to buy a truck are durability of engine and suspension sys, fuel consumption and repair and maintenance cost and the end engine torque and hp. It will become perfect if you review durability of trucks companies after 2 milion kilometer.🙏
Would love to see volvo vs freightliner, especially the vnl 860 vs cascadia
Stay tuned 👍
What about Western Star vs Freighliner? (Both are Daimler) Mack vs Volvo VNL? (Both are Volvo?)
Do another comparison video with Kenworth VS. Western Star
How about comparing Western Star Trucks, Kenworth, Peterbilt and Mack trucks all together

I’d choose peterbilt
So,why not mention Cummins X15 like the only, but important other opinion if someone needs more power and serviceability 😁
Kw comes with Cummins engine also
Most Peterbilt's have Cummins engines also.
How about MACK Anthem vs VOLVO VNL
I didn't know Paccar bought them that long ago.
I think they’re both good in their own ways
Since both trucks are the same Kenworth’s design looks a lot better! It is almost like the BMW or the Alfa Romeo of trucks, because it’s sleek aerodynamic design. Newer Peterbilts are also nice, however the older Peterbilts like the 359 or the mid seventies Peterbilt cabover were extremely beautiful trucks!
Got my class b with a 2003 Kenworth 6 speed box truck back in February 2017
Auto Car vs Mack Dump trucks @Truck Tropia.
Ones red and ones blue.
TATA vs Ashok Leyland 😅 if possible
Western Star. Would be an interesting article
Freightliner owns Western Star.
They are both my favorite but KW is #1
I want to know American truck 8x4
Isuzu vs Hino vs Fuso pleaseeee
My friend drives KW with Cummins engine.
Pete❤
@2:46 I think you meant to say 1850 lol
I wanna see international vs freightliner
I want to know more about the western star 57x
As a driver I prefer kenworth it's just more comfortable and also turning radius is much better on kenworth ,volvo
Kenworth for me
The badges
peterbilt because is the awesome born of parcar
Make video on Volvo vs Scania
Comming next week 😅👍
I want know truck peterbilt 389
imo the Kenworth is better looking
Sure glad they both have DEF systems. Well maybe not
Freightliner is the best no matter how
Can you explain why
The Detroit Diesel engines are more reliable than the PACCAR engines.@@jasgill7121
If it's a KW the only choice is a 79' A model. And for petes, has to be a little window pete, unless we discuss needlenose trucks instead.
2 expensive and not enough warranty imo...
I've always liked the way Peterbilts look over the way Kenworths look, especially the 389 compared to w900. The 579 to me looks way better than the t780. If it dosen't have exhaust stacks, then I dont like it or would buy it, regardless of maker. I would take either one over a Volvo, which are unreliable junk.
in eu volvo is the best among scania
Volvo and freightliner mostly fleet trucks. Quantity of these trucks on the roads can say something. Big companies don’t buy junk trucks. They know how to save their money.
They are both made by the same company. I'll keep my Shooting star western star
Peterbilt quality just down hill lately always at mechanics most trucks but Pete once was tough
I would probably go for the kenworth here if only its because i like its design more
Kenworth
KW Australia
German Truck have 600-750 HP
Driving a Kenworth is liking driving a Styrofoam cooler. Squeaks rattles. Can't drive with the window down because the mirrors whistle. JUNK!
I had Pete's in the 90s and then bought a KW. I Liked the KW ride better. Then Pete changed their ride, so either one is fine with me. I retired in 2013. All my trucks had Cat engines. My last truck was last year for pre def Cat.
Peterbilt steering problems & air leaks on backing. I don’t like anymore.
ᴀᴘᴘʀᴇᴄɪᴀᴛᴇ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴇɴᴛ 😌 ᴍᴇꜱꜱᴀɢᴇ ᴍᴇ ᴡɪᴛʜ ᴛʜᴇ Tele-gram ɴᴜᴍʙᴇʀ ᴀʙᴏᴠᴇ✅
Scania 780 horsepower 😂
Freightliner is garbage. I was driving a freightliner and it beat you to death on the road then it was put in a Volvo. There is a world of difference. Volvo is so much smoother.
Well sense their the same truck, guess I got to be a freightliner fan boy now. 😢😢
Paccare moters suck
Still dont trust paccar engines.
Only diference between this two junks are the price
If you want to get automatic get a freightliner. Kenworth and peterbilt autos sucks. For kenworth and peterbilt get a manual.
I want to know American truck 8x4
