- It is believed by the detectives that the boyfriend of a young girl is suspected to be involved with a gang however after his own girlfriend attempts to kill herself, she sets the record straight to the detectives that her boyfriend has no involvement with what happened to her.
Season 15 Episode 13 "Betrayal's Climax": Amaro suspects the boyfriend of a missing girl is involved with a gang. When the boyfriend refuses to talk, the cops are forced to arrest him, which escalates violence. Sergeant Benson becomes the SVU's new commanding officer.

Sadly while they put the rapists away, Manny is killed in his cell and Avery regrets not forgiving him while he was still alive.

I remember that girl from an episode of Chicago PD. She got kidnapped by a group of child traffickers. When the cops pulled up outside and the traffickers tried to cut her loose to move her, she just bolted and jumped through the window. She broke her ankle and maybe a rib, but she got to safety.

I remember that episode. She felt bad for leaving her friend but in the moment she reacted without thinking. Didn't even know what was under the window.

From what I remember I think was this episode, the boyfriend blamed her because she got 'wet' her vagina began naturally lubricating while she was being raped and he took it as a sign of her being aroused.

@@justindixon1586 They have a reason. The only problem is that the cops who are supposed to be protecting innocent people like the victim aren't doing enough. If they really want results and to clean up the streets of filth like them, then they need to stop leaving loose ends.

that whole "jumper" scene is so confusing, along with so many others. for this one, she obviously knew it was down there. she saw them setting it up. so jumping onto it clearly wasn't an actual suicide attempt. because, like so many other scenes, I don't get why, while they're setting it up, the jumper wouldn't just step over to a different area that's not set up.
Sad episode. When you are not free to be an individual because you were born in this location, in this family ,,, nothing new since Romeo and Juliet.

Ok here’s the spoilers for the end
Manny (Avery’s gf) was apart of BX9 and only joined it because they used to harass and attack his grandma. He got a call from Carlos (one of the guys from BX9) saying that they were coming over to Avery’s to “party” Manny knew what it meant and tried to get Avery out but he was too late and they forced him to watch. When he was in jail, he gave his testimony to the detectives but was killed in prison due to one of the gang members ordering a hit on him. After that happened they found a call from Carlos to his gf when he was in prison incriminating himself saying that he ordered the hit on Manny. Avery returned to school but as a competent different person. Very very tragic

In my children's teen hood. New people from another country settled in my area. They were really nice. Mostly.
Obesity daddy my son came home and told me their kids were trying to force him into their hands. I lived in a very good area. This was the beginning of change. They threatened him daily. Tried to beat him up if he did not join.
I moved soon after.
I have met people who also have been involved in stories just like this. Where boyfriend sets up the girlfriend.
I think this is how they force others into hands. Sometimes the kids are willing and other kids are forced into it.
I am grateful my son came to me and did not become a part of that. Or anything like it. Once in a blue moon , I drive through the area and it's nothing like it once was. It's like it became another country.
Manny played the villain Miguel in Red, White, and Royal Blue! Also, I find it funny that he's played a character called Manny in 2 different crime shows, and a character called Sean (my own name) spelled the same way on another 2 shows/movies.
