These older Toyota do not have can bus communication with the instrument cluster so no tool can change the mileage on any Toyota older then 2012 . Even then there are only a few models of Toyota any machine can do by obd2 .But on this cluster it can easily be done by taking it out and modifying the data on the 93c86 eeprom with a simple epprom reader/writer.

I have tried on skoda superb 2017 also doesn't work, also tried on vauxhall zafira didn't work in the begging but zafira and insignia have the same engine so instead using the zafira I try to use isignia and I have successfully done it so try anoter models that have the same engine as your car

Those cars have the mileage stored in 10+ modules in the car and no matter what anyone says no one can change all the mileage to match . Even on the older models like the pre 2012 it will change your cluster mileage but put 1.6 million kms /1 million miles on you ezs(key module) and anyone with a simple scanner can tell the mileage has been tampered with. The best bet is to install a good quality mileage stopper $400+ US that will stop the mileage from counting when your driving . Don't buy the cheap ones because they stop the mileage on the cluster but the other modules will keep climbing. A good quality one blocks all modules from climbing.
Only the Chinese model Toyotas can have mileage changed via OBDII. They have different clusters to the EU/Jap models of Auris
/Corolla/Camry etc

Have u done an update ? What version did u get they have a few versions, and some of them they dont have all the makes and models
