No one hates Bale. He was great and world-class for some time. But he's not been as important for Real as other players are at their respective clubs.
Well, Bale was finished in 2018. Hazard was finished in 2019. Hazard is one of the most technically gifted European footballers.

Much better player than Hazard, roughly equal in terms of goals, but Bale showed up in Big games along with those goals and played fewer games due to injuries. And let’s not forget he did far more for his country than Hazard ever did.
