I’m in my happy place
The coffee shop in the neighbourhood
Health news from yesterday was positive
And I feel relieved to know more and be more assured
Now, it’s time for me and I
No one else to think about
No worries about what’s on my to-do list
No one will interrupt my train of thought
I can write and read as much as I like
Still tired from a busy few days
But all went well and that feels good
Life is full of ups and downs
Worry and anxiety are around the corner
But after that serenity and peacefulness visit use
Worry and serenity are the two sides of the coin of life
And the coin keeps being flipped into the air
