  • Let’s be honest, winning the CrossFit Games is not for everyone, no matter how hard, long or efficient you train. In this video I explain, using data, why a combination of extraordinary talent, training and extreme resilience is needed to win something that big as the CrossFit Games.
As a special treat, I'll guide you through structuring your own goals, whether you're a coach or an athlete, to help you reach your peak potential in both sports and daily life

Super cool suggestions to overthink the goal setting... In the end, we just need to have fun in what we do!

Having fun is one of the most determinative factors of actually achieving the goal you’ve set up 👍

I didn’t expect that so many champs already started so successful 😮

Me neither actually. Although I do believe that future champs will have a more gradual progress in the sport because they’d had the opportunity to start very young.

I wonder why you as a scientist who also resides in Switzerland use pounds instead of the metric system.

I am used to pounds from my previous gyms here in Switzerland and Belgium. They bought Rogue bumper plates which were in lbs :)
