I think one of the easiest ways to increase productivity is to have a calendar with all your goals listed. That's personally something I I do and it's worked out very well for me.
Harvest is incredible! Also though a lot of people don't do this long-term I have found by daily writing down how I spent my time as well as having accountability goal sheet that states in as few words as possible based on the way that Ben Franklin planned his day, gives me a strong overall idea what I want and need to do with my day, and at the end of the day, it helps me to keep track of it. This has fundamentally improved my life in ways I can't even begin to describe! Of course I respect that everyone is different, but that has helped me tremendously.
Been tracking my purchases, diet, workouts and smoking. Need to add wake and bed times to begin managing my time better which will help with all the others. I'm struggling writing in the journal daily/daily written goals and that's keeping me stagnant. Crazy how easy it is to lose focus.
Thanks. I like you quick 2 minte wins and nightly preparation, they really work. But according to "First Things First" you left out some important issues. First to categorize tasks as to importance and urgency and act appropriately. Second to build into your plan long term strategies to eliminate urgent projects and thus eliminate fire-fighting.
