Navychhaing Voeun bong in used to make just salmon meat but it turn out not good. The meat is too soft fall off too easy no fat. Bong they sell salmon belly at Chinese market or Korean market.

Yes you can, just let it thaw itself and wash with real cold water. Make sure it’s not wet wet from the salmon.
