Joseph Smith I love the defender, but it's no longer being made. and it was built originally from a jeep chassis which makes it a copycat. my comment is aimed at those people who still think the range Rover is somehow the best off-road vehicle. but no range Rover could do half of what a wrangler could do.
healthyamerican I get your point. I just realized that Defender went out of production in 2016. Seems like they’re coming with the new defender just like the Benz Gelandewagen. Expect it to have better approach, departure and breakover angles than previous defender. People think new G class is ruined but honestly they have improved it in almost every where possible.

Range rovers are great offroaders they have progress control, Locking diff, air suspension that can raise and great durability.
It's obvious that some of these silly ass drivers were just privileged to be there, or won a contest.😒

The 2 door rubicon starts at 39k. The base 2 door starts at 28k
@@AustinH7 29k.. 60k... that's all the same to me. I have a 98 TJ that cost me $5,200 and I bought it for a reason. If I'm spending 30k on something there's no way I'm going to chance screwing it up.
@@captainbc52 I wasn’t saying 28k was cheap, just that it’s a hell of a lot less than 60k. Plus, good luck getting any new vehicle for MSRP and no mark ups
Hope the maintenance cost of the Jeep are reduced, the labour charge is always too high compared to any others

I'd say take the wrangler. It has better fuel economy, acceleration, and interior room. But with just as much offroad capabilities and a bigger reputation

Going way to fast, stupid video, y’all need to learn how to not abuse you vehicle going trail riding to fast.
I agree they defiantly are going to fast over rocks & hitting the bottom side harder then they should be...just wondering if these were just newbies not realizing what the abilities of these Rubicon's are. CRAWLING over obstacles & not smashing into things needlessly shows skill & experience.. also saves you some cash.....but everyone has to learn somewhere...
Have you ever considered thats the point? You don't need to be an offloading d-bag know-it-all on the internet to own and drive one of these on the rubicon trail. They are made for people of all skill levels and knowledge.
The fact every one of them survived such "abuse" after this "stupid video" proves that point, dont ya think?
