  • I’ve never tasted such delicious Plantain before I learned the recipe from my grandmother try it for your family
    Ingredients:
    3 -4 Overripe Plantains
    1/2 Medium Onion
    1 1/2tsp Ginger Cube or a thumb size
    1/2-1tbsp Kelewele Seasoning
    1tsp Chili Powder
    6-8tbsp Flour
    1/2tsp Salt or to taste
    Optional ingredients:
    Bell Peppers
    Onions
    Kelewele Seasoning Ingredients
    Chili Peppers
    1/4 Medium Onion
    2 thumb sizes Ginger
    2-4 Calabash Nutmeg
    1/4tsp Cloves
    Salt

    My recipe is different but so tasty.mash the ripe banana and mix it with sugar plain flour and self raising same proportion add some dried ginger powder and cardamon powder. The mixture should not be too loose. Use the fingers to put a small portion and let it deep fry.
