Hello, I love your cooking style, your food seems delicious. Here in Brazil we love to eat that sweet cassava boiled in salted water then deep fried, or simply boiled and then spreaded butter too with a cup of fresh ground Coffee. Tapioca for us here is different, since it is made from bitter cassava which is poisonous and the juice needs too be extracted first, then the starch is removed from that juice so we can make a tapioca, a thin layered chapati style kind of bread eaten with cheese and butter, a breakfast staple. Respect from 🇧🇷
Enjoyed the the video with tapioca got from the farm, washing it under flowing water, eating it raw, boiling , preparing the curry and having it with rice and pappadoms. Yummy. Wish i could live in the village too. So simple, peaceful and lovely.

In Indonesia we called a Cassava 😋😋 You can cook the leaves too, with coconut milk and with other ingredients.. Search this recipe _coconut curry with cassava leaves._ This is vegan. But we cooked with salted anchovy. Edited : Cassava is really good for diabetics. Rather than potato or brown rice 😊
