In this dry fish recipe video you will be watching traditional dry fish curry from village style and anchovies fry (nithili karuvadu) cooking in our village house, Actually I have got 2 types of dry fishes from market but Valar has chosen anchovies dry fish for curry since it has extra tasty smelled while cooking and this curry tastes better with all types of main dishes like rice, dosa, idli, etc., but today we tasted with rice and Valar has giving me urundai soru in our agriculture farm land so its tastes better than usual
And after few days in a good morning Valar has used the another dry fish to make fry with it and I tasted it with palaya satham (old rice) really speaking it tastes awesome, so my opinion for you to taste the dry fishe dish with old rice to feel fantastic..

The birds voice, the green fields, your cooking and everything make me remember about my village in uttar pradesh ❤️...now also I can go there..but there are no house left in muds...miss it ❤️❤️😭...
We were use to have a large muddy house, in which our joint family of 20 peoples live...6-7 cows, horses, bufffaloes, calfs etc were there...!! And it's was very big..!! It's went all down and a 4 house side by side joined, build by my grandparents..and now our joint family is divided in all those 4 buliding...though we don't live in village, my grandma and other grandma live there..we go there in festivals only 😭❤️...then also I feel very comfortable there ❤️❤️

Ur house is so beautiful. Peaceful,sarene,very close to nature. Just love them all. Ur cow,calf,goats,kids,doggy. Birds flowers no words to express. Ur utensils,pots n pans,grinding stones just awesome. Ur daily tradition of applying chandan on ur husband's forehead n he putting sindoor in ur mang just says the love u hv for each other. Having food together,serving helping all says the understanding u both have. Bt one complain who was the small kid who came on cycle n u cleaned his face,hands n u taught him to write. Who was he? Not to be seen any more. N a request pls show ur house other parts too. Bedroom etc. Ur simple elegant dressing is very pretty.

The only part I did not like in this video is where it says " SEE YOU SOON " I instantly went like.. " NOOOOOO PLEASE DON'T GOOOOOOO". Their videos have a certain magic and I'm hooked.. this is the kind of videos I don't mind spending my hours, months, or even years for that matter watching.. the simplicity, the vibe, the music and every Damn thing in between.. it knocks me off my mind how she starts cooking and I'm hungry again even if I was full tummy like 5 mins back.. Guys I don't know you both, but like alot of other people I'd love to come visit your place someday, and if permitted stay there for a couple of days also.. I’m an Indian woman but I was born and raised in east Africa. My family is from Goa. So I’m our tradition too we have lots of dry fish due to the monsoons in Goa. In Tanzania the African dried fish as a way to preserve fish as fish species cycle through during sparing season snd may go elsewhere for feeding and vice versa. So some fish are not always around all year. But my mom did the same thing. She soaked the fish to. Soften it snd remove excess salt. The smelts(small fish) I’m familiar with but the long one you cut up I’ve never seen that one. We have a flat fish we get from norther Tanzania a place called Mwanza. It’s a lake fish. I crave it sometimes but in Canada there’s no way to source it. Those childhood foods are not easy to get here. I have a question why do you take a big hand full of food instead of a bowl or plate? Just a lot easier to eat I guess when your husband is in the field.
