Dear Traditional Life Family,
Summer has already started so in the morning itself I felt very hot so me and Valar has drunk some Water mixed with yesterday’s soaked rice and curd with salt (Palaya soru) which gave some cool effect to our stomach and also have many health benefits and then Valar has started preparing our most favourite breakfast recipe crispy kuzhi paniyaram, she made green gram sambar and coconut chutney as side dish for this paniyaram which pairs awesome taste, importantly she made all these recipes traditionally which gives ultimate taste to the dishes and finally as a family we all together had the breakfast, You can try this recipe at your home and eat together to enjoy..

More than the content, what I love about this channel is how everything is so neat and clean. Not a speck of dust...not a thing out of place. Even the mud platform is uniformly levelled without a blotch. This cleanliness elevates the experience of watching the channel.

In odisha we eat left over soaked rice with water and add curd for flavor. called it as Pakhala. Really cooling and refreshing during summer. Happy to see that we are divided by region but United by culture❤

In maharashtra also konkan region they eat left over rice water with butter milk and pickle for breakfast.

Yes to me it looks like a studio set up for a vacation or short term film making.
Cause no one talks during video ,the boy is not seen..no family members..etc..Cooking anything from scratch way takes 1-2 hours.

This is just for the channel. Old days were really very tough.
Everything has it’s pros and cons. While there was physical work involved in everything, it kept them healthy, food was more natural not instant or packaged. While what we see on this channel is just one family, there were joint families and many neighbors which made life livelier and difficulties easy to deal with. Depression was probably rare which is very common now. Modern life is lost in comforts and loneliness leading many health issues both physical and mental.
