Whatever happened after the shooting makes no difference on whether Alex was reckless and careless and his carelessness and neglect of the law led the death of a human being.

@@lorae7 and yet, the armorer who loaded the gun was wholly responsible for it.
Plus, the prosecutor's team performed a forensic examination. Which, in that examination, rendered the weapon dismantled.
Baldwin's team didn't have the opportunity to have their expert exam the weapon. The prosecutor, who won the guilty verdict for that armorer resigned because she walked on the edge of ethical behaviors.
@@ninamcgrath3053the attorney who resigned was the one who looked like the judge. That attorney wasn't part of Hannah's trial.
But Alex Baldwin wasn't reckless. That is where you are wrong. The armorer checked the gun and said it was safe. The assistant director then took the gun in question and said out loud to the movie set "Cold Gun". He then handed off to Alex Baldwin to do the scene. Alex was performing his scene when the gun went off.
No Jury was going find Alex Baldwin responsible for the gun discharging on the set of movie.
Bruce Rivers, a defense attorney, has done extensive videos on this case, and the weapon. Please give him a look. The videos are a year old, but still relevant. He made a note that it was obvious if the revolver was loaded, as the revolver was quite heavy with each round. He also demonstrated how the gun fires, for instance the first pull of the thumb thing actually prevents the weapon from firing, the second pull the gun is live. He also showed how to hold any side arm. Very useful information for the average person. (CLR Bruce Rivers)

God help us all with people who muck up every single point with a BUT, but, but….
QUESTION- if the armor hands someone a gun to use for a suicide movie scene. They tell the actor it’s unarmed and clean. The actor trusts the armorer and uses the loaded gun….and dies IRL. Would that count as a murder since the actor thinks it’s unloaded by the professional in charge of the gun?… or is it called a suicide and nobody is in trouble?….. I am asking because in this scenario I wouldn’t blame the actor at all even though they pulled the trigger. I’d 100% blame the armorer who lied and is their job to make sure it’s safe!…. So if the actor is not to blame in that scenario then Alec shouldn’t be blamed in this case. Just my thoughts.
That is a hypothetical to be argued in a law school.
Anytime a firearm is passed from one person to another the Recipient is required to check the chambers. It is a given for ALL who use firearms.
If the gun was supposed to be loaded with dummies (non-firing) which film scenes make use of, then checking, live rounds would look the same to a novice.

No it is still Hannah responsibility to check that the box of bullets were not real ( blanks ). Why was there two case numbers? Who instructed her to give this a different case number?

Alex Baldwin in not at fault. The Armorer on set check the gun and declared it safe. She then gave to the assistant director, who then said out loud to the movie set that is was a "Cold Gun". He then gave it to Alex Baldwin the actor, to do his scene that when the gun went off.
Just remember if you throw a party and you cater food, and some the macaroni salad was no good and your guest get poisoned by the food you are not criminally libel for poisoning your guess. You were given the food by a professional caterer you assumed it was safe.
Defense opening statement regarding Baldwin was in acting mode. You trust the people around you to do the job they’re designated to do. He was being directed to point the gun at the camera. People don’t understand an actor playing apart. You become the person you’re portraying you are in a totally different zone on set. Maybe laws need to change regarding guns on set.

The supplier threw Hannah under the bus in the first police interview.
He said they had target practice on site.
He said Hannah was the problem and all safety issues were her fault, but none of that was true!

The only way that anything will happen to that prosecutor is if the bar goes after her license otherwise nothing. This happens with our law-enforcement. This happens with our judicial system all the time.

It does not matter court is serious. I have been in and seen a lot of trials. That being said I have never seen someone get up and leave the table. So you understand you might go to a courtroom and set in on some trials. Also to have and a better understanding of courtroom etiquette meet and talk to some lawyers; prosecutor, defense attorneys and court appointed attorneys.

"involuntary manslaughter" looks like an accurate description. However, it took too long to bring these charges. That was supposedly following an additional forensic examination of the weapon. , so it sounds like that evidence was relevant to the prosecution.

I’m sure he’ll live with that so every day and if he could turn back time, he would. I just wish him all the best moving forward for him and his family and my prayers are with the family who lost someone very dear to them.

The Judge zeroed in what was the thorny issue, (raised) of professionalism of an investigator at the site, and the bullets being identified by her was proof of that expertize🤨I feel this Judge, at this particular moment is very focused, on the Lawyers shenanigans - and, AB may get a sentencing...don't know, maybe less than three? At this point, *if* it was a freak accident or misadventure - they wouldn't be, still, obsessing on *irrelevant bullets not matching, and evidence hiding as arguments* I guess 😅
This is exactly what we predicted a circus! They already found two other people guilty of negligence and Alec doesn’t care about. It sounds like. Prosecution had a very long time to get their act together. This is ridiculous.!
Has someone who works at under armour I can tell you our entire selection of tank tops and shirts are pretty much just crop tops. It's very annoying if you have a long torso or if you have a gut because it doesn't hide either of those things
