I originally followed for the autism vids, & will always be here for those. I found this vlog so delightful. The calm music, the satisfying sewing, the cute pup, & especially seeing you do life & talk about it as you are, unscripted. I'm here for whatever gives you joy &/or helps you best.
Then I think you might really enjoy the next one I'm planning for the green tail you see me working on in this one! I wanted to dive deep into the design side of it! It should be good!
Been waiting for a cozy, quiet moment to watch this. I'm so glad I did. This is wonderfully relaxing, the editing is lovely, the music you picked is soothing, and the friendly chatting is just the vibe. I've been here, lurking, since way back into the first luna monofin review. And I love how your content has grown! It's become such a safe space to retreat to, and I'm proud of how far you've come
I don't usually comment but I just wanted to say how much I look forward to see your uploads. I found your autistic content when I was right int he middle of my own diagnosis. Your whole aura is just so lovely and I am so very glad the algorithm served me your "Finding out I'm autistic" video. I think I have watched nearly every one of your vidoes at some point of the last few months. I have 0 interest in mermaids but I could watch you talk about, and work on mermaid tails all day - your passion is infectous and your joy is uplifting! On one hand I wish you would have 50 million subcribers becuase you deserve all the success and happiness. But I also know that would come with so many other stresses, and you might not tie success to a sub count which also makes sense. Thank you for being unapologetically you :)
Waking up to your comment this morning was so special to me. I really needed to hear this and I really appreciate having you here! Thank you so much for watching, for commenting, and for your kind words and support. 💖
I'm mostly interested in your reviews and mermaid 101 swim tutorials, so i've only been (repeatedly) watching your old videos xD (yes i have rewatched them multiple times). i dont know if you're still interested in reviewing other monofins/mermaid products or making swim tutorials, (esp for chronic pain adaptations) but i'd totally watch them if you make another, no matter what kind it was.
You were the first mermaid creator I found, I showed up for the mermaiding but stayed because you’re relatable. I’m on my own journey as a mermaid with autism and your videos have helped me with understanding what that means in terms of mermaid life. I love all of your videos regardless of what they are! (Although I do love the swimming videos and you’ve inspired me to create my own someday)
Thank you so much for letting me know you enjoy my content! I am so happy I've inspired you and I wish you the absolute best on your mermaid adventures! Thank you for being here to share it all with me! 💖
i know the here for you doesn't help... thing is that when people make things about what they're most excited the most at the moment that is awesome imho... I'm autistic and it's like watching someone info dumb irl... they're just so excited and happy and what not about what they're talking about and that joy... just chef's kiss.
Love the vlog as always!! And as a proud member of the patreon pod who waited WAYYYY too long to join it, I highly recommend to anyone who has debating it for a while.
I've followed you for merfolk/tail crafting for years, and am now part of your mers/mental health crossover fanbase! I dont like the short videos personally, I like to see the tails in full glory after you've worked so hard on them! The more vlogs you make the more I enjoy them, too!
I'm really glad to hear that because this is very much the direction I want to head in and I've been working super hard today with this jolt of inspiration I've received from comments like yours! It really means the world to me to have people like you watching and commenting. Thank you! 💖
Hi Courtney! I found you originally for your mermaid content - your mermaid swimming and your exquisite tail making, but I also love all your vlogs, and am interested in learning more about autism so I can understand better. So I am here for all your content! Mermaid Spindrift 🧜♀️x
Eye drops with preservatives cause irritation in my eyes if I use them frequently. I'm on actual medicated drops to help with severe dryness (Restasis) but still need drops throughout the day. Switching to preservative free made a huge difference in how my eyes feel! Whether that helps or not, good luck figuring out what works for you! Dry eyes are super annoying to deal with.
share what you want it is up to us to decide what content we consume. I love the swim/mer content, but I am searching out as much artistic and sewing content as possible and there's never enough!
my guess is wrong i am sure because it doesn't fit the description but it's what i thought of - bedding!!! like pillowcases and duvet cover sets :) i found you from autism video but stayed for all of you, i think you're brilliant!
Finally getting to watch this. I love all your videos and am here for you first, but tailmaking process videos have always been the most exciting to me. It's a huge bummer to hear that I'm in the minority.
I followed for the tailmaking videos like 10.years ago and stuck around for everything. The autism content is relateable, I'm neurodivergent in a way that overlaps with autism (might be autistic but idk).
I know exactly how you feel. Having to slow down everything because you just don't know how you're gonna feel and then, you think you do, you get some work done, you're super hyped up about it and bam, back to being behind. Burnout sucks, chronic illness sucks, hahahaha. Don't recommend.
I really struggle to keep the personal hygeine stuff going - the more autistic I'm feeling (I'm AuDHD), the more stressed and/or burntout I am, the less things like showers and hair care and skin care and laundry feel tolerable never mind actually appealling, and the old executive function tends to be fully consumed by the basics of feeding myself and the cat (no handy Eric) and working sufficiently to keep the lights on... it's just hard. And as I get older, I just care less - I live in this body, but it's not "me" if that makes sense?

As a fellow artist and mermaid enthusiast, the tail making is definitely my favorite type of video from you ❤

I really like these vlogs, where it's a bit of the tailmaking, a bit of autism talk, and a bit of dog cuddles!
I really like putting together and sharing these so that makes me really happy to know! Thank you for watching and commenting! 🥰
Wonderful video! I know it’s not for everyone but I quite enjoy the longer ones 😅 more time for shenanigans!
I'm really glad you do! I like to make the vlogs longer because those are the kind of vlogs I really like to watch from other creators. ^^
I'm glad to hear from you again I love the mermaid videos

I was going to vote on the poll but there wasn’t an option for all of the above. I think it’s wonderful to see all of these videos!
Aww thank you so much! 💖
Exactly just mix it up or just do u I loved seeing the new pup Alfie definitely shown through a bit there
You would be such a calming presence at a workplace Courtney, my mind relaxes watching these videos :)
Thank you so much Neri! 💖 That's kind of you to say!
Being any type of neurodivergent is no joke I go through it every day with my ADHD and Autism and by the way I'm here for all of it

It's just such a shame that you don't ship to the UK, so I'll likely never be able to get my hands on anything of yours 😭 Oh well!😂
I totally here for the autism and vlogs content
I am definitely making more of it! ^^
Followed for the autism but stayed cuz the person you are and love to follow a part of your life ❤
