Why there's sparking..? Isn't Isolator operated in off load?
It is on no load but due to huge capacitive current and 400kv arcing occurred..on load isolator will melt...

See even if isolator is opened under no load one side of isolator is connected to 400kv so this arc is due to huge capacitive current.
Isolator should be open no load condition.. but in this video load is connected
