Never gets old! Boy do I miss MY B-1! Was blessed to be the crew chief for the first bird released to active duty. That was a long time ago. It was a privilege and an honor to have been a crew chief for both B-52H and B-1B bombers! Long live the 96 OMS!

When I was in Abilene in Oct 2019 for a stop over, not a single one flew that day😢

you really can't see them from Abilene, the base is west of town. the only place to see them flying over is out by the truck stops around the 277 mile marker
