CPS Core and Aging and Comorbidities SIG Seminar - Models of Care: Successes/Challenges

On April 11, 2024, the DC CFAR Clinical and Population Sciences (CPS) Core and Aging and Comorbidities SIG held a virtual seminar entitled, “Models of Care - Successes/Challenges for Academic and Community Partners."
The event featured presentations from the following experts in the field:
Dr. Genie Siegler, MD, Mason Adams Professor of Geriatric Medicine and Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine
Dr. Christina Prather, MD, FACP, Director of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine at George Washington Medical Faculty Associates and Associate Professor of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences.
Dr. Susan Shepard, DHA, MURP, Executive Director of TERRIFIC, Inc. (Temporary Emergency Residential Resource Institute for Families in Crisis) and DC CFAR CPC Member.
