Thank you. This is really useful. I'd also recommend My Italian Circle, which is a bit more structured than many of the ones that you've mentioned, which might suit older learners of Italian.
I also suggest, for those interested in gaming, YotobiGames (I especially advise to see his Dark Souls series) and his main channel "Yotobi" where he posts comedy/informative videos. In the past he also reviewed "trash movies" (like Sharknado...). He also has a twitch channel where he goes live Mon-Wed-Fri for 2 hours and usually plays indie games (some bad, some good, usually semi-horror/cryptic). Another channel I'd suggest is "GattoSulTubo", who's a friends of Yotobi, and he mainly plays videogames ranging from "strange Indies" to mainstream games, right now he's uploading some twitch extracts of his "Doki Doki Litterature Club" playthroughs. Hope this will help those interested more on funny content/chill content with gaming in it.

Casa Surace is practically a channel by actors, nowadays they are all over commercial TV for TV ads. Moreover, there accents are heavily regional so I don't know how easy to understand they are. There are many more down to earth you tubers in italy, don't just go for the famous (and less relatable) ones...
