The Marvel Cinematic Universe is, for the most part, an extremely kid-friendly franchise when it comes to its content.
The likes of Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, Black Widow, Star-Lord and Spider-Man have become iconic in mainstream pop culture circles - and that's thanks largely to the fact that children idolise them as if they were real-life superheroes!
But there are undoubtedly some moments in the franchise that simply aren't suitable for younger eyes and ears - and that's what this video is all about.
These are ten Marvel movie moments that aren't for kids - and it should be noted that this video contains spoilers for a number of movies up to and including Avengers: Infinity War.
The moments in question are; Hulk smashing Emily Blonsky in The Incredible Hulk, Pepper Potts and Tony Stark referring to Christine Everhart doing "quite a spread" on Stark in Iron Man 2, Loki calling Black Widow a "mewling quim" in The Avengers, the entirety of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Peter Quill saying his ship would look like "a Jackson Pollock painting" under a black light in Guardians of the Galaxy, Tony Stark saying Clint Barton "can't get it up" in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark suggesting Bruce Banner and Black Widow might be playing "hide the zucchini" in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ned Leeds saying he was "watching p*rn" in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Loki's brutal death in Avengers: Infinity War, and Scott Lang and Bill Foster "comparing sizes" in Ant-Man and The Wasp.

I am a kid and I HAVEN'T seen any superhero movies. I only watch funny, animated, sad, adventure movies. Includes all the frozen, all the toy story, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, etc. Are the only movies I watch.

Since you included the kick from Incredible Hulk, I thought for sure the car crash from Doctor Strange would have been included. That crash sequence was unbelievable.
The Crash was really well done. In the behind the scenes video for doctor strange it says, that they wrecked 8 I think it was Lamborghinis to get the perfect shot. Pretty mindblowing.
They are all PG-13. That's not what I call "mostly-kid-friendly."

These films are not meant for kids in the first place, so obviously the majority there is not suited for them.
This is the first time I have heard anyone say that mcu is also intended for kids. Because its not.
None of these "inappropriate for kids" moments are inappropriate for kids. Seriously. Innuendo? If the kid doesn't already understand the sexual connotation, he / she won't get it. And if the kid DOES already understand the second connotation, the innuendo won't hurt.
Rated PG-13: for 13 and order, without permission. Under 13 you need permission to see the movies.

Movie advertised as movie for teens and adults can't and shouldn't be judged if if contains anything not appropriate for little children. Because the creators of the movie clearly said it's not for little children.

Marvel is a mostly "PG-13" industry and now even "R" with deadpool. This isn't a kids series per-say, It is somewhat for kids but also for adults. That's why it tells you in the warning box before the movies start, "Children under the age of 13 are recommended to watch with parental guardian or parental guardians permission...." It states VERY clearly that its not a KIDS movie. So this video makes no sense and holds no weight in a real argument because the kids shouldn't have been watching the movie in the first place if they didn't want their little innocent brains corrupted. But I digress, who rly cares anyway. Now I'm going to go find my tide pods bc I haven't eaten dinner yet...

All the mcu movies age rating ranges from pg12-14. That isn’t an age group that I’d worry about keeping kid friendly. Marvel movies obviously aren’t meant for young kids that’s why there’s a rating saying that they’re meant for teens and tweens.
