Normally the Fleet of the fog wouldn't have any chance against a single Borg Cube. The ability to adapt to any weapon in less than a second, the ability to be full operational by 82% of damage, the ability to regenerate the damage and the connection to the hive mind with billions of beings make the Borg Cube overpowered. A problem that Starfleet often had to face with. Look at the defeat of Starfleet at Wolf 359 and the loss of 39 ships against a single Cube Even if you can modulate your weapon and shield frequiencies, the borg would adapt after a few shots.

All we can really use for scale is that 21st century weapons are ineffective against their shields. But that doesn't help at all

With Star Trek logic the Borg wouldn’t attack the fleet of fog since they technically not a human being. But hey who’s cares, it’s yours and it still very cool.
