A whole 14 acre Pineapple plantation just outside of Managua Nicaragua is $14,000. With 4 bedroom/2 bath house as well as workers quarters for 16, and warehouse. Wifi and electricity. Bus stop right out front. Want really really cheap you can get Room and Board for $40 a month. I live in Costa Rica now but lived in Nicaragua for nearly 3 years. Here in Costa Rica I have been renting a 7 bedroom/5 bath house with 4 car garage on 23 acres for $153 a month. All but the coffee growing is mine. Just happens I lived in William5 AZ for 2 years 2003 to 2005 Since 2013 I have lived in Panama and Ecuador as well. Generally renting is better and I have never paid over $180 a month for a 3/2 house. You are also US Tax Exempt on $107,300 a year by being outside the US. And weather is fantastic. Except for beach areas Air Conditioning is unnecessary and home heating is unheard of. Cheapest to fly to San Jose Costa Rica then take the Bus elsewhere. Mercedez Benz Marcopolo Ejecutive buses far better than Greyhound in US. For those wanting to live in Williams be sure to get Life Flight Subscription to have a helicopter to get you to Flagstaff or Phoenix. You likely will not survive by ground ambulance. Seligman is even worse. I should add I will not be disclosing my location in Costa Rica. I don't want Americans coming ands changing things. But happy recommending places in Costa Rica 100 or so miles distant as well as Nicaragua, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and even Mexico. If you have $1000 a month Income it will allow a $3500 a month lifestyle in Mexico. Even more in other countries. But don't pay rent higher than locals or live too lavishly as they will dislike you for causing rent and prices to go up. Incidentally a maid working 60 hours a week will run $80 to $100 a month. Less if you provide a room. Have her do your shopping she will save you at least twice what you are paying her.
If you want People of value and intergity to purchase property in Arizona then get rid of Katie Hobbs! Also all of the corrupt Judicary and elected officials!🙏🇺🇸🔔

Our median house price is $630k. I’m trying to show you the cheapest homes we have. There is a drug house selling for $299k, directly across the street from a homeless shelter. We do have some nice mobile homes for $100,000 but there is a $700 a month land lease. Thanks for watching! 🥰
@@flagstaffazliving Don't broadcast there are affordable homes in the tagline to a national and international audience, probably 85% of the world cannot afford those houses. They are NOT affordable to the average person. $54, 200.00 per year is the median income in America.

I bought a cute little 1 brdrm cottage just outside of Show Low for 98k. Six ft steel fence and 2 decks. Came fully furnished. Our little gem.

Williams is a beautiful place to visit, but the idea of being dependent on hauled water makes it unfavorable
