Most lots have to be 1.25 acre, The reason the distance from the septic to well. If you don't have a well it would not apply, check county codes first. Delivery of water cost? Cost of truck, cost of driver, cost of water. The San Pedro river area is a much better choice Wells can be drilled easily, and only need to be 60' deep for the most part. Make sure a survey is done before you buy, I would never buy any thing without a well.

Moving to Flagstaff?? 1.Prepare for unreasonable greedy landlords. $1200 for 1 bedroom apartment 2. Home prices through the roof. 3. Know-it-all , immature, unskilled college students will be your manager at work. 4. Unfriendly, condescending, RUDE indians/natives to tolerate. 5. Non-stop unchecked development with limited water resources. 6. Local transportation revolves around the college. No classes, means buses on different schedules. 7. Food prices ridiculous 8. Local police pretty much suck.

Wow, that’s a lot more expensive than I thought. Seems like I saw a really nice townhome. Much nicer than these for around 450 on Zillow last year. I mean it had a fully enclosed two car garage. It was in the village of Oak Creek, but it had amazing views.

What happened to all that land that they used to advertise 50 acres for 29 grand? I used to see it on TV probably 20 years ago and it looked nice what they were showing on TV but I’m sure you can make anything look nice with different camera angles I enjoyed the video and I subscribed thank you. I’d love to have a second location in northern Arizona. I love Sedona. I love the scenery of Sedona, but I think it’s out of my price range unless I buy a townhome or something couldn’t afford any land. I don’t think.

I own 2 acres, right there, South of Valle - one road in from the highway. You CAN NOT do whatever you want. There are rules and permits and all kinds of regulations regarding what kind of structures you can build, what size, set backs from adjoining properties, how many days you can have a trailer or RV parked. You also can't build a structure without first doing a perk test and installing a septic system.
