    Ciao, grazie ! Quck question, the panels are in metal or in plastic? Is there any weight difference between the chome and grey models ?

    I am looking for a grinder. I am interested in the older model because the case is solid metal.
    Are the new ones more plastic?

    I would love to know about the differences in taste results, if any, using the same beans.

    Great video! How does the Eureka Atom compare to the Specialita in terms of noise level?

    • @espressocoffeeshop
      @espressocoffeeshop  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      they are very similar, it is really difficult to tell. Maybe the eureka atom is just a little bit noisier but it is also more powerful. Overall they are both really silent compared to other grinders!

      Hi do you still have the perfetto and how is it in use? how is the dial in proces on the perfetto is it easy or do you need minimal rotation and is it hard to dial in with new beans? love to hear your exprience with the grinder

    • @redcanon8384
      @redcanon8384 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Lars10feb I still use it everyday every nice and compact but when new I grind double shots about 8 seconds and after 5 years later it take about 15-16 seconds and yes if you change bean you need to adjust the dial little. I suggest that you get bigger burs like 60mm or bigger that what I would do when my break down

    how easy it's to dial to from to french press to v60 then again to espresso in Specilita? I heard it's a pain in a ass unlike perfetto, but it grinds better

      From other reviews, it just seems like you gotta spin the wheel all the way around a few times, coming back to the same spot for a perfectly dialed in espresso shot is supposed to be a bit tricky, but you could just pay close attention to how many turns you're making I'd think. Document it and go back after. The Perfetto wheel goes from super coarse to fine within one wheel rotation so I'd imagine it would be more difficult to make small adjustments for espresso, but easier / quicker to switch between brew types.

    Ciao! I would like to know : how many decibels for the Silenzio? Grazie :-)

    • @paulschwen805
      @paulschwen805 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      They all run on the silenzio architecture, so there should not be a difference. Maybe an ever so slight difference due to the burr sizes, but they are all in the same league.

  • @maurodelgadoo

    great video!!! excuse me, do you think that there is so much difference between perfetto and specialita (talking about espresso quality grind using a semi automatic machine)? thanks!

    • @bigglyguy8429
      @bigglyguy8429 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No real difference, just the perfetto is easier to adjust across a wider range. If specializing in espresso then go for the specialita

    • @WolfgangMartinViernheim
      @WolfgangMartinViernheim 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@emanmohammad4507 - As I know.. Magnifico is specially designed for the german market and has the diamond burrs.
      Magnifico was not available, hence I buy the Specialita. I am very satisfied with it. The surcharge for the Magnifico is already sporty.

    Eureka Mignon Facile vs Silenzio what's the difference between them?

    • @calisson47
      @calisson47 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Facile has no timer, it is all manual.

      Hi Jermaine, at the time we made the video the Manuale (or the notte as well as many other variants) still weren't released. The 3 Mignon models that were first presented were the specialità, perfetto and silenzio.
