This channel is gonna go nowhere” but your now at almost 250 thousand subs and it’s my favorite channel on TH-cam and have been subscribed ever since and always love coming home from work and watching your newest video! This just reminded me of when I was at church summer camp. One of the toilets clogged and all a sudden we hear one of the guys yelling who's your daddy while plunging! 🤣
After 472 videos, I've come to the conclusion that the combination of the city not allow access to the remote side of the boundary trap from the street junction and their insisting the boundary trap is the owner's problem leads to the mess caused by upstream fixing.

You deal with blocked drains, although they can be similar like with roots, wipes, grease, etc. and have such delights like corn and "poopies", no two are the same. You are an excellent diagnostician and know exactly what is needed to get these drains open and flowing again. Here in Vermont USA, we are at the height of summer, yet where you are, you would be in our equivalent of January, when it is dark and horribly cold. Yet there is lush vegetation in your part of the world. How cold does it get? I think I I would love to trade my world for what you have and would welcome boundary traps and roots as a trade off for the cold and ice (ice and I do not get along). Here's to you and Ratty!
In Sydney Winter temps are around 14-18 degrees celsius. (57-64 F). Over night can be 5-10 Degrees Celsius, a cold snap can get down to 1-2 degrees overnight. It doesnt snow in Sydney.

Here in my part of Canada, I have never seen them used, and never knew about them until I started watching this channel. I'm a country gal, and we have septic tanks, and our pipes have clean outs on our pipes in the house. It must be because I see much more cold temps and snow. lol These things intrigue me to no end, and love watching Ollie going at cleaning them like a rabid rabbit. lol Good work, Ollie and Ratty. Glad you have company on your lonely work schedule. Hoping the wifey never meets him. lol

There's a 17 hour time difference that Ollie is ahead of from my location....He's a tough and good sport this fellow and he likes a good laugh....and I think I would too if I did what he does for a living....or I'd be even more insane than I already am....Having said that, it gives me a good laugh to see his robotic arms flailing away, to see 'Ratty' being fed poop corn with the customary, and very polite , 'Thank You!', from 'Ratty', to know the job is getting done and to know that everything is 'All good!' My friend has a girl from Wagga Wagga.....and when 'Ratty' laughs....it makes me laugh.....
Perhaps if you made a tiny scuba outfit for Ratty, he could swim down and guide the hose around obstacles/boundary traps...?

Yea its because your pipes freeze. We dont freeze so we can put them outside, Gives you a few options to tackle a blocked pipe.
