    Well NumaVIG, my 8yr old saw this and asked if he could do it. He finished it today with only a little bit of help from me and it flies wonderfully! Thank you so much for all the joy of a weekend in the shed and all the flying to come.

      @@John-mk4mkNot all, many DIY RC's require a special type of foam board that is not so easy to find. This type of foam you can find in literally every hardware and decoration store.

    Beautifully built, shot and edited! Even though I prefer parkjet/prop-in-slot style planes to conventional monoplane layouts, I watched the whole thing because the video was so good. :D Masterpiece!

    Very good DIY demonstration video. The entire detailed assembly with the various controls is well planed, done and recorded so well with great finesse of work. Even I get ideas and ways of doing seeing from portions of your work. Superb!

    good work! BRAVO clean and precise.
    tip1- conecting end connections to rudder and elevator use HEAT SHRINK instead, you can calibrate and heat it on the spot you waant. tip2- HOT GLUE with gun goes well with foam and dries fast.

    Very good tutorial. Thank you! I've made the plane from 6mm depron for fuselage and 4mm for the wing cover, in the wings 6mm spars + 3 mm balsa. I've also added flaperons and safe with 6ch ar636. With 1300mah battery and 2400kv motor it flies like a dream and lands on a dime with 30% flaps in. It weights around 650g.
    All and all great tutorial, great technique, awesome design! If wouldn't you, I wouldn't start flying. Thank you.

      Hi! When you purchased the motor, do you know what orientation to get the threads in? clockwise or conterclockwise?

      @@pinchonalizo As per plans it's Clockwise as all common motors and propellers is. It flew great with 2205s/2300kv and 7x3.5 cw prop. Have fun building.

      @@pinchonalizo Threads tightens when motor is cw, so the shaft threads are like in any normlal bolt

      @@naveendinakaran3814 Hey man, I made it 52cm each, 104 total length of the wing. Just make sure to make wing spars length accordingly.

    Thank you for the video and for plans! Few days ago I have build it and it flies very well. I used EPP instead of depron and I increased the wingspan to 120cm to make it slower and better at gliding ;)

    You should use Dostoevsky as it's heavier literature :) Great plane indeed, very well constructed. I would tape the plane before starting to glue it. Well done!

    I build this rc plane in Styrofoam sheet the full weight of the my plane is 1350grams so what kind of motor I want to buy? Or a2212 2700kv motor in 10" Props is enough for my plane????

      As a first building project, yes. As a flyer, maybe not. I would recommend getting a flight simulator first and practicing.     Thanks for this great material. I have one doubt and need help: piece ‘By has a 2% angle in its front. In which direction should the angel point? Left or right? Or it depends on the engine rotation?

    Where on earth do I buy 4mm XPS foam or depron?
    & What glue is used (that doesn't dissolve the foam).
    Sanding noise is a bit excruciating, otherwise lack of weird music 👍
