Hi Shae, The pot is called a Bain Marie it’s a traditional chocolate or baking pot to melt gradually. But you can use any non stick pan on gradual heat settings or a bowel over steamed water in a pan - a bit like melting cooking chocolate Warm Wishes, Jasmin
