I am due my second lot of chemo paxitaxol and carboplatin and am using coldcap. Please can you advise what is the correct time for me to keep the coldcap on as the ward advised that I could stop it after the paxitaxol and I’m not sure this is correct. Many thanks

      Hi Kriszta,
Thanks for your question. We can only reply to limited questions so please visit the charity website I created at www.cancerhaircare.co.uk/colouring-hair-scalp-cooling-dos-and-donts/. Generally speaking you can only colour the day before if you carried out a sensitivity test as required.
      Kindest Regards
      Jasmin

Hi Dawn, very sorry for our late reply. We are just building a new chemohairlosscoach.com website and got a bit sidetracked. Please get in touch with us directly at support@cancerhaircare.com (www.cancerhaircare.com) and we'll try to help you. Best Wishes, The Chemo Hair Loss Coach team.
