I just adore all your shopping tours, Hannah. It's not only lovely spending time with you and hearing the hilarious running commentary in your head, but as someone who's legally blind I so much appreciate being able to stop your videos whenever I need to and take a closer look at everything. Ikea is overwhelming for everyone but it's near torture (IRL) for people with disabilities. It was nice to tour the store with you and take breaks as needed while still getting all the details in design, VM, pricing, etc. I *love* those extra details you always add. Thank you!
I’m a weirdo who loves to wander IKEA and imagine living in the little rooms/apartments they set up as display. I always end up with something, even if it’s just a candle. I agree their visual merchandising is amazing! To my American palate (hah) their cookies and cinnamon rolls are not very sweet, but we are so over saturated with sugar in this country that normal tastes odd to us. You’ve made me want to go for a wander through now. I’m lucky I live just a few minutes from a very large one, so maybe soon. My normal days off are Fridays and Saturdays so I can shop without the huge crowds on a Friday, lucky me. I’m resting from surgery right now, but I can’t get the idea of a good browse out of my head now, so soon! Thanks for the video, Hannah, really enjoyed it and you looked lovely as always!
Same here, one of my guilty pleasures is going for lunch, daydreaming in the rooms, spending way too much and then getting snacks to go 😝 I actually always find going to ikea mellows me out.
Hannah, keepin it real!! Your drive had me in stitches 😂, and so true, IKEA is exhausting!! I mean, it's great but SO overwhelming! My daughter had a panic attack when we went the last time so yes breathing exercises are a MUST when you're shopping at IKEA. Time for comfy clothes, tea, and a biscuit! Namaste 🧘🏼♀️💕🫶
Happy Friday Hannah! You must be the world's greatest shopper! Your eye for detail is off the charts! Ikea is a place one exits with a plethora of bits and bobs you never suspected you needed or wanted, feeling a bit mentally exhausted. They do have excellent value on some stuff, and I have had good fortune in their upstairs cafeteria. I am grateful for their thoughtful inclusion of vegetarian items on the menu. The UK merch seems slightly different from what is available here on the west coast of Canada. Take good care Hannah love. See you next week.
I love IKEA so much! I've always went with my grandma when I stayed over at hers, because it's closer from her place and they used to have banging child space where you'd pay to keep your children entertained while you do your shopping. There was an absolutely massive ball pit, a dark room with fairytales playing, lots of games and stuff. I'd spend an hour or so there while grandma waited, and then we went around the store. Nowadays I go to IKEA with my parents and sister, it's become our christmas tradition. Every year few days before Christmas we do a massive headache inducing shopping mall run (there's only two good shopping malls near us, and one of them is right next to the massive IKEA. They're also no way near the size of an average UK shopping mall, so it's quite easy) for last minute Christmas presents. We go to IKEA, buy stuff we just absolutely need (ok, sometimes we actually do need it) and that way we can all decide together on which kind of plates we want etc. It's stressful and by the end we're all annoyed at each other and vow not to go to IKEA for another year, but it's amazing. As a Christmas freak I love soaking up the atmosphere and the excitement in the days leading up to the holidays, how everyone is busy trying to get everything done in time and making plans, and shopping malls are a great place to do that. Afterwards, we go to McDonalds and have a proper naughty meal. Best Christmas tradition ever :)
The first time I visited Ikea was many years ago when I lived in Germany - it was in the early 90s, we had only been living in Germany for a few months. It was so frustrating, while driving on the autobahn we could see it, but it took months to actually get to it. Now I'm living back in the UK, and we have Ikea in my city. I spend a fortune and as a bonus I use the Ikea bag as a laundry bag - I live in a flat with a shared laundry room. I have a few of the Ikea slatted wooden boxes on my kitchen wall - they make perfect kitchen display shelving.
The driving part at the start was great I loved how you got excited for getting to go faster I've been doing driving lessons and I love going into 30/40 zones then it just feels so slow when its back to 20. I like Ikea but haven't been in ages it's nice to just look in shops without buying or needing things sometimes
Hannah, I enjoyed so much this vlog about IKEA. By the way, it´s so cool when you do your vlogs driving and talking. Indeed, depending on the day and where you go shopping, it can sometimes be very stressful, but even under this condition you managed to keep your beautiful smile and good mood so well. You are the best! As a brazilian, I can say it was so cool to notice the "samba" music you chose as soundtrack for your vlog. Have a wonderful day!
Great video Hannah as I am someone who has never been to an IKEA. Also love you little drive to the store bits, you are better and more entertaining than a tourist guide.
I'be never been to an IKEA and this was the first time I've really seen inside one. I agree, it does look like sensory overload! Your chat is like what's going in my head when I go shopping.😊Thanks for taking us there, Hannah.
*Great visit, thank you!* Twenty-plus years ago, our shopping at Ikea, here in Canada, was always a highlight of our family holidays to the big city, either to the Vancouver area or to Calgary. The children loved to bounce about in the ball room then we'd all go for Swedish meatballs, lingonberry sauce, and those delicious Copenhagen pasties. We didn't buy big stuff, just small things which could fit in the car. We had a number of larger things shipped. Fun times, always exhausting but happily so. Hope to return for a few new items for a bit of change. Thanks again!
Hi Hannah, only you can make an IKEA store entertaining! I haven't been to IKEA in years, so thank you, now I don't have to go for a few more! 😊👍 Years ago, I used to love their little floating candles, then I couldn't find them anymore. Loved your chatting as you drove there & the honk of the horn...well done! Have a wonderful weekend! Thank you for sharing, take really good care, stay well! Lots of love Kathy x💖 (Canada)
Hannah this video made me smile a bunch of times. Your personality flooded through and made it a hoot to watch. IKEA is a biorhythm drain - once every decade and a half is good enough for me! Thanks!
IKEA!!! It's always such an event to go to IKEA. Our house is full of Billy bookshelves. My office, my husband's office, our son's room, the living room. My husband said if I could cover every wall with Billy bookshelves, I would. . . . He's not wrong. 😆
Ahhhh Hannah i chuckle all the way through your vlogs because you say exactly what i think 😂. I always seem to leave with wine glasses that i dont need. Your brilliant and funny facial expressions and “thoughts out loud” said it all this week. Thanks for taking us along Hannah great video as always. I am rooting for 100k subscribers for Christmas.
Looking stunning Hannah. 🥰😍😘 nice video to get stuck into. They closed the Coventry IKEA down last year. Now have to trek up north or down south from Warwickshire
Hannah, first of all, your skin looks beautiful in the video! Yes, it’s normal to browse to get inspiration even if you don’t need anything. I don’t have an IKEA anywhere near where I live, so I liked the video very much. It seems a waste of so much space to feature so many fake flowers and plants! They must be money makers for IKEA. Inexpensive food! Have a great weekend!
Every time I step into an IKEA store I end up walking through the same sections and that is when the panic starts to set in because I can't find the way to the checkouts and the exit! Otherwise they do stock some pretty good items which are priced well.....yes, the temptation to chuck a few little bargains into the trolley is highly tempting I am guilty of this. All I need is to get my bearings when I'm one of their colossal stores!🥴A great and entertaining video, well done, Hannah😊
Ha, another fun vlog Hannah, featuring your own personal tour of IKEA & great sense of humor!!! As much as I have always enjoyed your London walking tours, I have recently enjoyed all the "shopping vlogs" as well! Take care Hannah, & have a nice weekend!!!
Ikea trip -that was fun. Never been to this store although we have a few here in the state I live in Massachusetts. I am still not sure if I enjoy watching and listening to you or watching your videos -both so enjoyable. Hannah, maybe you can just talk to us for a 20- 30 min. vlog about the state of the UK, what your future holds, trips you like to plan, things like that. I am sure your fans would love that. Joel and Lea do this all the time, also UK people who are fun to watch but Hannah you will always be my favorite !! Be Well Howard/Howcotube
Loved your Trip to Ikea 😅. Yes it can be chaos in that shop & exhausting trying to avoid everyone going the wrong way 🤦♀️ not been to Ikea for years . Great to see you again have a Good weekend 🥰
You look shell shocked in that outro, lol! I know the feeling, though I've never been in an Ikea. Thanks for battling through it for us--very entertaining!
Nice! I will be moving to London before the end of the year and it is good to know what IKEA has to offer - and as a Brazilian, I also liked to hear a bit of Samba in the soundtrack of the video!
Thank you Hannah, another excellent vlog and showing me what inside an IKEA looks like because I have never been in one . Even though I come to London a lot watching vlogs like yours teaches me new things , look forward to your next one 👍
Helloooo Hannah! Finally we get to see you in Ikea... although at 10:51 we had to be fitted for a neck support brace ("Oh I'm loving this green, deep green" ... "ugh...actually I don't")... the whiplash! I think you should have went for the monitor stand in white with the little drawer... for only 25, you get pretty much what you're looking for. Maybe quite long, but certainly functional at a good price. Thanks for taking us with on this epic journey. 'Til next time!
Hehehe! I love your tours, Hannah, and your commentary. Please do more driving videos, I'm fascinated by it because it's the complete opposite from how we drive, i.e. almost the rest of the world! I feel like my mind is working harder trying to figure it out!!
Love the shopping vlogs as it's fun to compare your experience and product assortment to what we find in the States. My favorite thing, though, is your off-handed snarky comments. Makes me laugh because you say what we're all thinking and it's great!
I went to IKEA for my first time a couple months ago because I had my eye on a LOMMARP TV stand. The nearest one is over an hour away and I didn't really have a good reason to go there until I bought a house this summer. I was surprised at how overwhelming that place was especially considering I went to one of the "smaller" stores. I think being overwhelmed was the only reason I didn't spend a ton of money and managed to make it out with just the LOMMARP and then some food stuffs. Next time I go to IKEA I'm going to go to the one that is about 20 minutes further away but is the second largest store in the USA.
Amazing vlog under difficult circumstances. Ikea is not my favourite shop but your commentary makes the experience so entertaining and uplifting. I enjoyed seeing the visual merchandising. I hope the storage organisers work well 😊I hope you can treat yourself to a nice coffee and enjoy the rest of the weekend ☺️✨☕️☀️
There is no IKEA in our entire STATE, so I enjoyed your video visit, stressful as it was for you. I order small things online, but it's interesting to see the HUGE store layout. Thanks, Hannah!
Wow Hannah, such fun being guided around IKEA with your fun commentary. I'm a Londoner living in Istanbul which has three IKEA stores, been to them all, but you are absolutely right, the best time to go is during the week, Mondays are the best, no pushing and shoving or screaming kids. I liked the white monitor base, did you buy it in the end?
Loved the ikea vlog. Your commentary is always on point with a dash of humour. It's pretty crazy how identical the wembley ikea looks to the ones here in the toronto, canada. Wild stuff.
Well this was fun 😊. I’m not close to an IKEA, so I have to order and gosh, I’ve sent a lot back. Who knew they had food ? Leave it to Hannah to find the yummy bits lol 😂. Great job and your over 80 thousand subscribers 🎊 🎉❤
Loved this vlog and having a look around ikea without actually driving there. I’m selling my house so looking at all the rooms they had set up has really given me some great ideas. 😊
I bloody love Ikea, often wish I could just move in :D I always use the shortcut (every big store has one) to skip the rooms, and get to the good stuff! It brings you out by the restaurant, and the stairs and lifts. And the meatballs are amazing :D
I liked the soap dispensers, but my preference is for clear glass so I can see when it needs refilling. It is so easy to over-spend in Ikea because the prices seem reasonable, but it really does add up. I do like their rugs. No one could appreciate a fine Aubusson or Axminster more than me, but the prospect of coffee spills is just too great for me to contemplate such a thing in my own space. Ikea is a lot easier to go to on a weekday. If I have to go on a weekend, I get there first thing in the morning immediately after they open and then you avoid the worst of the queues. Thank you for the video!
Hey beautiful Hannah, your IKEA in your area is much nicer than the one here in the Dallas metro area! Fabulous job as usual lovely lady! You are awesome! 😁👍✌️💕
Another funny vlog Hannah 😄. I'm with you, I don't particularly enjoy Ikea. Good for ideas. Your comments made us laugh. I really loved the drive there. Maybe you could take us on another drive around London one day 🙂🙂🙂 🇦🇺 🇦🇺 🇦🇺
Ikeas are super busy over here in Sydney as well, not a place gone to by choice on the weekend. Your expressions after telling that driver what for and at the end were hilarious! Thanks again for taking us for the fun and games. If you're looking for something to mount your monitor at home you just need a VESA mount arm and a monitor that is VESA compatible (most are... mostly). Have fun!
Ahh, Ikea. When I lived in Australia a school mate of mine took me to Ikea when I was homesick! The blue tubes called "Kalles" are smoked fish roe, it tastes a bit fishy, smokey, salty and sweet, we have it with boiled eggs or a thin layer on a piece of toast with butter, you love it or hate it. like with marmite or vegemite, if have grown up with it you are used to it.
The queen of England in my opinion!! Straight royalty 😂❤ best vlog videos on TH-cam!!! That Sofia is cash!!! Wow amazing store great designs!!! 10:57 is a keeper that is nice room zebra carpet grey couch wite backsplash with beautiful tan drawer with potted plants damn!!! England here I come lol
Yes - you took one for the team! We do appreciate how hard that was!! I agree, IKEA is an early morning Monday or Tuesday only kind of place. They have brilliant things and as inexpensive as they are, they last. I have chairs from IKEA that I bought in 1972 that are still in great shape, as well as a couple of side tables, and our current bedroom stuff is from there too. I love their sheets, and agree with you on the round mirrors. I'm a child of the 60's so the Scandinavian esthetic really appeals to me!
I lived in London back in 2005, and I went to Argos to buy bedding and such for my tiny flat. I liked Argos in that they brought your stuff to you! Def less awkward with larger items. But I do love me some IKEA now as well
Great trip around Ikea,Hannah and it is so big it takes half a day to get round and you never find what you want but end up with stuff you never meant to buy. It's that sort of store!!!!
Love your tours.!!! Love the non stop commentary!!!! Always make me happy! You're a natural. We have an Ikea shop in Adelaide but not as good as the one you showed us today & I agree you have to be in the right mood to go there. Take care.
Our Ikea here in Northern California is quite a nice experience. So different than yours. It's calmer even when lots of people. Love to eat lunch there and always find something I need!
Thanks for another lovely tour! Although, I could see your stress levels rising by the minute! 😆 Weekends can often be chaotic that's for sure, but weekdays are definitely quieter. IKEA is another store though, where you somehow end up buying things you never intended to! 😂 Thanks Hannah!
The stand @ 9:36, I’d recommend spray painting the wood any colour you want. I often do that to IKEA things I like but are not quite the shade I want, including changing the handles etc. no one ever thinks they’re IKEA.
Hi Hannah!! Just finished binge watching your 2019 trip to Disney and Universal studios and really enjoyed it!!!. There's a big plus to traveling solo. You don't have to worry about what someone else wants to eat. I used to travel with a friend, her sister and their mom. We had fun but mealtimes were miserable! One had to be in the mood for something, one was a really picky eater, and one couldn't eat certain foods. I am not a picky eater and was so frustrated every meal. Aaargh!! Our last night in Mexico we ended up getting Subway because noone could decide on anything. I wanted to go to a nice seafood restaurant , should've gone by myself!! Loving all your videos!! Keep up the great work ‼
I love ikea!! We don't have one in nz, so when I travel to Australia I always go, it's just such a cool experience daydreaming of what my house could look like
Good on you, sticking it out even tho it was over-stimulating. Taking a minute in a quiet place was a good idea. Also, love the restraint and only getting what is practical. So easy to get sucked in by some of that lovely staging. Staging an item among other complimentary items always looks more tempting. I enjoyed the trip with you all the way over the pond in the US.
Nice to see a little drive through Cricklewood! As a NZer with family in Cricklewood, cool to get a little snippet of how it looks since I last visited there right before COVID:)
Its been a few years since I was in Ikea its always so big lol Fun to go once in a while, I do like to see the layouts of rooms they make up too always giving ideas I would never think of. I would of needed fries after that for sure lol
Haha Hannah you are so funny. I feel the same every time I’m in IKEA. The place does my head in. Although it does have great organisational and kitchen products. You must get a circle mirror I have one and absolutely love it. ❤️
The chips 🤣😆outro LOL thats a riot!!! oii the marabou is the best!!! ya def too ponderous! 😆 that place is like city! cheers gal, bring on the scenic strolls of Londontown!
Thank you Hannah for visiting Ikea. It was very interesting to see what Ikea looks like in England. In principle, everything is the same as everywhere else. I like some things, but the quality in Ikea is average. Sometimes I like to buy some goodies there.❤
Really just like our IKEA in the US. I love going in with an open mind and finding these useful tools like a scrub brush or your lint roller. Inexpensive and last a long time. The crowds can definitely be annoying. Thanks for sharing! Love your videos!
Thank you for taking us to IKEA - it looks just like the one here in Atlanta, Georgia. It is just as stressful at our IKEA, especially when you are looking for an item in the warehouse. On the weekends, it is usually so crowded you can hardly move, and the lines to check out are halfway back through the warehouse. I am afraid to go to IKEA anymore, because it is in downtown Atlanta, in one of those live, work, play communities, and last week there was a shooting in the middle of the community, just down the street from the store. Atlanta, like many of our big cities here, is getting too dangerous, so I will have to order online if I want anything.
You brighten up my day Hannah! I love your commentary and you always make me laugh! I feel the same way about IKEA I live in Florida, but I love looking at the different rooms and how they have them decorated. And I usually leave there with a candle.😂
Wow, you did such a good job filtering out the loud noise. Hardly noticed the children. Lots of fun ideas. As for the under-computer monitor, I bought mine from Amazon. It has a pull-out open drawer attached under where I put business books and such. It can be taken out if not needed. Thanks for the fun ride.
I just adore all your shopping tours, Hannah. It's not only lovely spending time with you and hearing the hilarious running commentary in your head, but as someone who's legally blind I so much appreciate being able to stop your videos whenever I need to and take a closer look at everything. I'm one of those too, I called my free workout with sweet barfains

Thank you, Hannah for the IKEA expedition. I think your IKEA is much nicer than ours here in America.
It's better than ours here in Western Australia too.
My daughter and two small grandsons went to our ST Louis IKEA today. I watched your video yesterday and wanted to go again.
Really, I thought the one in America one would be amazing!

Hi Hanna!! I’ve always wanted to try the princess cake at IKEA. It looks so good.
I really enjoyed watching that
You make shopping fun...and i hate shopping 😆
Thank you for sharing Hannah! UK IKEA is very similar to ours in Canada. ❤️
Awesome video thanks - not been to the Wembley one for so long!
Thanks for letting me see it vicariously... subscribed!

Hi Hannah what I love about your vlogs...you don't always love about where you go...and you let us know...love it keep it up take care
" Just what you need on top of the kids screaming" Hahhahaha.x
Amazing vlog under difficult circumstances. Ikea is not my favourite shop but your commentary makes the experience so entertaining and uplifting. I enjoyed seeing the visual merchandising. I hope the storage organisers work well 😊I hope you can treat yourself to a nice coffee and enjoy the rest of the weekend ☺️✨☕️☀️
Thank you for doing, Hannah, what I never will! IKEA is a nightmare.
Great vlog Hannah I even got another idea for an item that looks interesting. Keep up the great work. Christmas is coming!!! :)) 🥰❤
That was so much fun🎯 thanks Hanna for taking one for the team..I’m knacked just watching it💯💜
There is no IKEA in our entire STATE, so I enjoyed your video visit, stressful as it was for you. I order small things online, but it's interesting to see the HUGE store layout. Thanks, Hannah!
Thanks Hannah. I would normally avoid IKEA like the plague but you made it fun.
Liked your driving commentary: you’ll could be on Top Gear!
Dream job!
Yes, everyone reaches that "OMG get me out of here" point at Ikea. I would honestly watch a whole vlog of you driving! Your comments are amazing
No I didn’t.. it’s kinda the wrong size but still a great product!!
Love the tour, excited for when you do your Christmas stores tours!
Haha 'this place is literally full of screaming kids' haha! Brilliant! Ikea is best mid week and mid day! New follower! Heeeyy!
Don't feel bad Hannah, I went to Ikea about 20 years ago... Ain't been back since, absolutely maddening 🤬. Keep the vlogs coming 🌹👍
Thank you!
Hannah I love you and this vlog! Thank you for being honest and I couldn’t agree with you more about everything.
Re your “Super casual Hannah” looks lovely. Stunning, you know it 🥰❤️😍😘you know I like you tonnes
Thank you Hannah! I have not been to IKEA in years, great place when setting up a home!🇨🇦❤️
Haha Hannah your face at the end made the best expression when eating the chips. You were like, "Oh Ikea..." (shakes head). Haha love it!
Thank you for taking us along, my idea of hard work!!
Oh you never fail to make me smile. It’s the first time I have ever enjoyed IKEA 😂
I lived in London back in 2005, and I went to Argos to buy bedding and such for my tiny flat. I liked Argos in that they brought your stuff to you! Def less awkward with larger items. But I do love me some IKEA now as well
Hannah
Love IKEA. Lot of great find
James
Great vlog as per. You always make me laugh so much! I find ikea massively overwhelming as well. 🥵
Loved this Hannah 😊😊
Nice to see a little drive through Cricklewood! As a NZer with family in Cricklewood, cool to get a little snippet of how it looks since I last visited there right before COVID:)
Its been a few years since I was in Ikea its always so big lol Fun to go once in a while, I do like to see the layouts of rooms they make up too always giving ideas I would never think of. I would of needed fries after that for sure lol
I love your commentary! You're so naturally funny!❤
I spotted a Mona Lisa print in the background! 👸🤍
100% agree on having to be in the right frame of mind for IKEA or its a waste of a day 🤣 I'd love an H&M home vlog as there isn't one near me 😭 x
You do such a great job each time. You are my Friday special treat! Keep up the good work!!
Fun vlog. Screaming kids drive me nuts too. It's such a relief to go home again.😄
Hilarious review Hannah 😉👍🤣🇬🇧
You brighten up my day Hannah! I love your commentary and you always make me laugh! I feel the same way about IKEA I live in Florida, but I love looking at the different rooms and how they have them decorated. And I usually leave there with a candle.😂
Hi there, I really enjoyed the whole trip, I watched to the end which I VERY rarely do with any vid on TH-cam!!
I just go to IKEA for my dinner a couple of times a week. Meatballs and chips FTW✌️
Hi Hannah! Totally agree, you have to be in an IKEA state of mind to shop there! 😂
You saved us from screaming thanks. We can only endure IKEA once a year these days at the most!
