Same here. I had one of the First ones off the line that had bad delamination a month into riding, I emailed this guy and he had a brand new board sent out next day. Quality company.
These guys are awesome. I had a manufacturing defect where it’s exactly what he said about the separation at the edge that could get water into the core. I took it to them, 2hr drive, and they changed it up right there and then. Also talked to them about a board for my kid and when I’m ready I’ll go to them to make one for my kid. Amazing American company. 🎉
If I knew you were visiting Pennsylvania I would have driven down and taken you out for lunch. It's so cool to see the process. When I used to think about who makes the best quality snowboard, I used to think Burton or k2 or some other big company but obviously this company is legit!!!!!! He's got so much knowledge it's insane!! Your board looks sick!!!!🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I am 100% sure “The Mothership”, the headquarters and factory of Capita is not using electric heated presses. They have some heath pump mechanism based on ammoniak in a closed loop in combination of a river which is a unique way of generating heath for the presses, printers, and also the building itself! They press and print with a loop at 70c, and they heath the building with a 24c loop.
this top sheet seem's more durable than mine Custom Camber 2024 (same model Jonathan).. after the first ride the white paint peels off. even mine old board Rossi Evader (beginner board) I didn't had this issue..
Reminds me on the UK custom board manufacturer @douksnowuk love seeing peoples passion for making things and I always try to buy from the smaller companies.

The fact he’s know everything about what’s going on is awesome really shows this is his passion
One of the coolest videos I’ve seen on the channel
Yes! Stoked you enjoyed it!!
Dang, these are truly built different from a lot of other video factory builds I’ve seen. They got a legit factory!!!
What a massively informative video. Great work👍👍👍
I can't wait to get my gilson board. I've wanted one for years but currently am saving for one of these boards
I got a Gilson Duel for my first board. Pretty dope to get to see the process of them being made.

I just bought a bounty hunter, and watching it get made has me even more excited to take it out!

Oh the sounds like a defective! Have you reached out to Burton?
@@JohnathanBuckhouse I sent an e-mail for support not answered.. I'll try again..
I just got their redline board this year
It was the high temperature that caused the sublimation of the ink, not the pressure. High pressure is bad for sublimation.
I have rented this board before at ski haha in slalem NH
Why do so many people on Reddit hate on Gilson boards?
Ex
