Heavy snow falls in Coquitlam overnight as Lower Mainland gets blanketed by latest winter storm

A snowfall warning is in place for Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, with up to 20 centimetres possible by early Wednesday evening. Snow started falling around midnight, with snow continuing to come down into the morning commute.

Big difference between driving in a foot of snow and an inch of ice in hills….problem with Vancouver is not just the hills but the temps going above freezing causing smooth ice when it drops below freezing

Every city should give a tax break or something to every owner of a vehicle all they do is lay down salt that ruins vehicles bs my tax paying dollars I want you to plow the roads not make them more icy and ruin my vehicle
