At first I thought that she had downgraded and later on in the process I realized that she actually chose the right person for her because losers attracts losers and if you think about it you probably weren’t at the best place in your life at the time you met the good old narcissist and neither was I that’s for sure 🌻

As I “grew a pair” and “woman’d up”, built up my self-esteem, he had to find a “new loser” who would be lacking in self-esteem, as I had been. Trauma therapy does wonders for one’s self-esteem! We realize that THEIR lies and manipulations infected our mind and we set about to heal ourselves. He’ll find someone who will drop to his level, until she SEES who he is and leaves, as I did.
I'm the one that left and went no contact, to be honest with you it did bother me for 6 to 8 months and it's like now I really don't give a fck, just as long as it's not me,all though I do feel sorry for whoever gets in her path 👍 Jess thanks for the video and happy Sunday everyone.
I'm the one who left my narcissist wife at the beginning of October. Even though I know 100% that I did the correct thing, it is still bothering me some. I didn't even know what a narcissist was until around 3 weeks ago just watching videos. The narcissist fits my wife 250% + 500. I feel as if I just went into a mild depression. Hope it doesn't last to long. 6-8 months seems to be on track for me. I was wondering how long it took. Glad I read your comment.

The main reason why I don't care who the narc is with now is because they are out of my life. Rejection or walking away from someone you used to care about hurts, but just remember how you felt with them near the end of the relationship. It hurt when we separated but over time, I kept reminding myself how bad things got in the end physically and mentally. My life has upgraded once she was out of my life and that is what is important.
Nobody falls in love faster than a narcissist who needs somewhere to live. The new supply published their love story online describing the timeline when he "seduced her mind" in late night chats. Within one month, he left and moved in with her. Shortly after she declared him to be her best friend and soulmate. Stellar love bombing on his part at the time he was still married to me. After 35 years, not any longer. They've been "partners" for three years.
The new supply varied throughout our relationship, I realize now. When I had completed almost three years of EMDR/CBT trauma therapies, I became philosophical about any other person the now-ex had on the side. I didn’t have any kind of physical intimacy with him for the last year, so he had to rely on new supply. He would be HER challenge! He didn’t love me, and treated me with disrespect, so I accepted that and left. Funny, how attempting to be all he wanted from me became old. I began to ignore him and treat myself with respect. That continues now, after 5 years of no contact! My 5-year anniversary of FREEDOM from the toxic, negative influence of the ex! YAY, ME! After almost 30 with him, I didn’t care. Not even a residue of anger at him. He is his own karma. I don’t need to get revenge on him or worry about the next woman. She’ll have to live with his toddler-man behaviors! I now live peacefully! @@BasedLeifEriksson I have CPTSD, plus PTSD, so I address each issue, one at a time, and sometimes come back to each from a different position. I started EMDR at 72 years of age, so there’s a LOT of stuff to handle. EMDR is quick, so I’m much better than when I started.

I loved this video! My ex Narc sent me a long email about his new fiancé’. How beautiful, young, successful, and athletic she is. Told me all about their cruise to Alaska and their cottage on a lake in upper Michigan and that they were just waiting for her youngest to graduate high school to get married so I suppose she is much younger than me. You’re so right. It hurts because he was so horrific to me and it feels like he is being rewarded for his bad behavior and I am alone. He only wanted to punish you, they 're sadists. All the good things they do with the new supply, is learned from you/their previous supply and they thrive off of this to tell you. When the ex tried to hoover me a couple weeks into his new/old relationship he established behind my back (after torturing me with guilt trips ans silent treatments and verbal abuse) and wanted to "tell me the good news" - I only wrote: Did I ask you? Not interested in stupid narc games. Blocked him from that fake profile too.
Not knowing much about narcissism I kept calling him out on being fake with people and using the deaths of people he barely knew for sympathy. So on new years eve he starts a new relationship with an older much bigger woman. His flying monkeys all congratulating him and of course Im just crazy and jealous 🙄
I never thought (when I cared) that they downgraded. Most recently, I was not primary supply. I'm glad because primary supply always gets treated much worse.
Almost 2 years since I left my relationship of 17 yrs with my narcissist. I have been no contact for 1 1/2 yrs. With an email that I don't open or a blocked call that I see in my phone feed every 2 to 3 months without fail. Truth be told she cheated with a total downgrade. She didn't want a divorce but that's what I gave her. I filled 2 days after finding out of affair. She is now remarried and a kid as well. I'm glad it's not me anymore taking the abuse. The new supply is perfect if he/ she has such low self worth that even when fully aware of the narcs behavior, still will stay and be submissive to everything just to hold on to the narc. And what is that mean for the narc? Perfect supply; Freedom to do whatever they want and the new supply will not question. A situationship where the narc is deemed to "wear the pants" That is the narcs dream come true.
I left him but I know now that he was seeing people behind my back our whole relationship. At first, I was jealous and wanted to know exactly who they were etc. But as a little time passed, I realized that it really didn't matter because his motives for every person he sees are always going to be the same. Same here. He was seeing multiple people casually throughout our relationship of 2 years. I didn’t find out till I left. A year into our relationship he started a long term affair with an ex as he saw I started to see who he really was. I started being suspicious about them texting but could never prove anything. Until they both started playing mind games with me by changing their profile pictures copying each other. One day, she changed it to a cropped picture of both of them, where I could see his hand on her shoulder. That’s the day I decided to leave. I guess they did this in hopes that I’d leave by my own ‘paranoia’. Instead of him breaking up with me. He denied it all when I confronted him and said it was her cousin in the picture. The last time I saw him he had the nerve to have tears in his eyes and say how heartbroken he was about us ending our relationship. It was so hurtful that all this happened when we were trying to conceive! I’m so glad I got away and never got pregnant by him. Anyway, it’s been nearly a year since I left and the truths keep coming. I found out that he has two other children with two different women apart from his officially known children. The last one was born not long after we separated. It makes me feel sick! He always used to say, “we’ll have a girl, I only have daughters, it’s like a course”. No one says that with two daughters. Turns out he has 4 (that I know of) Bullet dodged! I’m so glad I’m not tied to this monster by children. I feel sorry for these women that are. His mother was a big player in his game. She’s also a Narcissist that would gaslight me constantly. She would even pick his lovers! Really really sick people. So, so glad to be out!!

They patronize you and tell you how heart broken they are when you know they could really care less. As for his mom being involved, I have definitely heard of that before and it is so sick and twisted. I didn't experience that with his mother but she was THE ONLY person he didn't talk crap about. He seemed to have something negative to say just about everyone except her. That's crazy about the fact he had kids you didn't know about. I'm glad you didn't have any with him. That would have been a new level of nightmare in your life. I almost had a kid with mine too and so glad I didn't. We're left with the broken shell of what we thought they were, slowly realizing all the lies and manipulation and realizing the whole thing was fake. It's left me feeling paranoid and empty. The saying goes, "when the devil can't destroy you with an overt narcissist, he'll send a covert." They are truly masters at manipulation and are so horrifically damaging to the psyche of their victims. What my covert narc did to me makes me so furious that my teeth have literally shifted from grinding them and clenching my jaw so hard in my sleep. He screwed with my head mercilessly during one of the most difficult times in my life and I just simply can't fathom another human that seemed so kind and helpful would knowingly view me as fodder for psychological games. I've been divorced 4 years now from a narcissist and everything you saying is true I used to worry about it in the beginning like the first year but now I don't care because I know the truth yes everything they touch it doesn't last it's just a matter of time because they're not genuine people they're fake

She kept all my photos on her social media including photos of my children(not hers) because it makes her look respectable. I know who the new supply is as she introduced us 3 weeks before our relationship ended. A homely mid 60's pot bellied guy. This was desperation plain and simple. No photos on her social media of this joker. He is a transitional supply at best.

During the first discard, her new supply was a sex offender who just got out of prison. He would have to wear an ankle bracelet and had to avoid schools and parks. I would say that is a major downgrade.
My replacement was a downgrade, I read a store in the news years later…because quality people always land up there. Where he got drunk, crashed through a fence and passed out with his foot still on the gas crashing into a tree on some poor dudes lawn. So when I found out I was actually relieved because she obviously chose wisely. Anyway she ended up with someone who, clearly matched her energy… I’m more quiet and reserved myself. I was like that’s the dude, hey got nuts I have a legitimate reason to leave now.
I actually finally dug my heels in about my ex’s selfishness, it only took 40 years(slow learner)!! I thought because I was such a good person & he always got his way, because if he didn’t there was hell to pay for all of us, he would comply with my wanting to have some control of my own!! Ha!! What planet was I on!! He moved out when he saw I wasn’t budging like usual & found a new supply, which I think he was actually grooming in the background. She looks like my clone in many ways & even sounds like me!! Weird! He told me in one of our last conversations that he had to go to plan B when I wouldn’t go back to the way it was! I’m sooo happy she gets to deal with his BS now. How naive & in denial I was, I’ve learned a lot from these channels, thank you!
I remember I asked who the latest person was and when he told me, I said, I'll laugh all the way to the solicitors. Then he tried to gaslight it away...lol...It really is just any old person that comes along. The person he's with now is a complete down grade too. I gave him no choice but to end up with her, because I left him! Never been happier!
Mine definitely downgraded as she was very much older, missing teeth and very rough around the edges …had no real job or a home of her own…but my narc ex was all about greed and money and she was getting ready to inherit 300 acres of farmland and he wanted to be able to farm and be a part of it …so toward the end, he pretty much told on himself when he was drunk and he acted like a different person couldn’t look me in the eye…I was left in the dark only catching bits and pieces until it come full circle and I busted him - then he went postal as I was trying to get answers and he give a harsh discard even tho I was already there because of the constant lies and betrayal …I look back and realize it had been going on for at least several months - left with no real answers - but she’s not someone that he introduces to his family or takes out - only FWB - It’s very disgusting to me because the things he criticized and devalued me for she fits that perfecty
Adding that I was in a 9 1/2 year relationship with this narc and were engaged and looking at future homes on his farm when my kids got out of school - I was too independent for him and not submissive enough so I guess in his mind she was a definite upgrade
He loved my hair, then secretly swapped me for a very young woman looking very different... When that was over he found a woman with very similar hair to mine but OLDER than me. It surprised me... Until I saw her beautiful daughter (12 or so!!!!☹☹☹)

I've recently found out the new supply ended the relationship recently. Took a long time for me to mentally get to a place where I didn't care about the new supply. Things that helped me: remembering... how many times he cheated on me whether I was loving to him or not, the things he said about me to these other women and how he lied to them too even though he claimed they were better than me, the awful things he said to me, and my favorite memory, when he flat out randomly said to me about the new supply "I hope she doesn't find out that I only have connections with ppl based on what they can offer me" 😮!? So he told me exactly how he felt about her and all I could think of was how that was once me, yikes!
It matters because my boy just came back to me with bruises on his sides from moms boyfriend "tossing" my son! 10 years old and I feel they do it on purpose to get a reaction
Hey guys, why is it that I'm the person that has been "blocked" and put on the "no contact " list? Is it because they think I'm the NARRISICST? I'm new to this shit. I was in a relationship for 19 years married that person in 2011 we met in 2003 had two kids... she was cheating on me and left with kids in 2020. Your mum is a very wise woman, everything my ex touches turns to sh*t too. He has two new supplies neither of them know about each other one he says he’s not interested in, and the other is just a friend, yeah right. A group of us was out the other evening and he was nearby and he left with the *friend* he eventually came back with some rubbish story, but I didn’t care we are no longer together so he can do whatever he likes. We have remained friends and I use that term loosely, but what neither of these two woman know is he is terminally ill and there is no future with him, very sad really.
I even told my ex that she can do better than this guy that she's not good enough for her and you can't be trusted. I know she was with him mostly "for fun" as she told me. My ex is 62 years old and I cannot even begin to imagine how many woman he had on the side every time he would walk out and than plead and beg to come back, like a fool I would keep taking him back… The one I know for sure that he was fooling around on( because I got on a site and checked her out) was an ex prostitute that was arrested in 03 and 06!!! It was very traumatic finding out after being with this devil of 3 years that during all these discards come to find out this is what he was doing and watching porn all the time!! Will I ever trust a man again? No, not after all the hell you are put through and played like a fiddle, and a fool!!!! He discarded me for a low life, will that is fine.. they are both the same, LOW LIFES!!!!!! After almost 8 months of being apart, I now have healed a lot and I know a lot of this was my own fault for being so naive!!!!

The weirdest thing is that my ex narc’s new supply looks like me - several friends have commented this to me since he posted the first pic of her. She’s younger (I’m 5 years older than him and she’s 5 years younger than him) and she’s slightly shorter and more petite, but those things actually don’t work in his favor since he tends to like taller and more “masculine” women (he likes to be submissive) so the cute young petite model doesn’t really fit his type. Seems like she was the first shiny object around and he thought this will do in a pinch.
My ex narc of 8-9 yrs. We split 4 yrs ago he’s had many gfs since. I don’t even know why it bugs me 4 yrs later but he gave his latest supply of 4 months everything I wanted : moved her in gave engagement ring wow! Without sounding cruel to this new fella, I have a house, nice car, down to earth and look after myself ie rarely drink, dont smoke or take drugs and I go gym and Yoga, have a little girl 12yo and treated her and her 5yo son well we all got on well as a couple or all together kids etc, we went log cabins, meals out, castles and trips, then because I wouldnt take her rude mannerism towards myself which started in our last month together and called her out on it she broke up with me this was a month ago, 3 weeks after breakup she is with a new fella now who has tattoos all over his face, looks dirty and smelly, uses drugs and smokes from pictures on Facebook and even had her friends asking me what the hell is she doing with him over you! New supply was a half downgrade. He’s ten years younger, went to school for acting, and probably can’t bench 100lbs. He’s probably also very feminine in nature. However, his dad owns multiple bars and the family has a big house and money. So she’s getting booze and money, and access, essentially.
I don't care about the new supply. EXCEPT, I want her around long enough for my divorce to be final. Three more months at least. Since I'm now 1600 miles away so I'd be pretty inconvenient.

Is a ditz, even though she has a masters degree and did make a lot of money. Yet the comments she makes to my kids sounds like she's jealous of me. My kids can't stand being around them as a couple because "he treats her like he treated me". I don't know exactly what my daughter is referring to. I didn't ask, nor do I care. My daughter is a mental health professional. She's stayed for a couple decades now. But, he's pretty loaded with cash now so...

I'm the one who left my narcissist wife at the beginning of October. Even though I know 100% that I did the correct thing, it is still bothering me some. I didn't even know what a narcissist was until around 3 weeks ago just watching videos. The narcissist fits my wife 250% + 500. I feel as if I just went into a mild depression. The main reason why I don't care who the narc is with now is because they are out of my life. Rejection or walking away from someone you used to care about hurts, but just remember how you felt with them near the end of the relationship. It hurt when we separated but over time, I kept reminding myself how bad things got in the end physically and mentally. My life has upgraded once she was out of my life and that is what is important.
Nobody falls in love faster than a narcissist who needs somewhere to live. The new supply published their love story online describing the timeline when he "seduced her mind" in late night chats. Within one month, he left and moved in with her. Shortly after she declared him to be her best friend and soulmate. Stellar love bombing on his part at the time he was still married to me. After 35 years, not any longer. They've been "partners" for three years.
The new supply varied throughout our relationship, I realize now.
When I had completed almost three years of EMDR/CBT trauma therapies, I became philosophical about any other person the now-ex had on the side. I didn’t have any kind of physical intimacy with him for the last year, so he had to rely on new supply. He would be HER challenge!
He didn’t love me, and treated me with disrespect, so I accepted that and left. Funny, how attempting to be all he wanted from me became old. I began to ignore him and treat myself with respect. That continues now, after 5 years of no contact! My 5-year anniversary of FREEDOM from the toxic, negative influence of the ex! YAY, ME!
After almost 30 with him, I didn’t care. Not even a residue of anger at him. He is his own karma. I don’t need to get revenge on him or worry about the next woman. She’ll have to live with his toddler-man behaviors!

I started EMDR at 72 years of age, so there’s a LOT of stuff to handle.
EMDR is quick, so I’m much better than when I started.

Told me all about their cruise to Alaska and their cottage on a lake in upper Michigan and that they were just waiting for her youngest to graduate high school to get married so I suppose she is much younger than me. You’re so right. It hurts because he was so horrific to me and it feels like he is being rewarded for his bad behavior and I am alone. The new supply is perfect if he/ she has such low self worth that even when fully aware of the narcs behavior, still will stay and be submissive to everything just to hold on to the narc. And what is that mean for the narc? Perfect supply; Freedom to do whatever they want and the new supply will not question. A situationship where the narc is deemed to "wear the pants" That is the narcs dream come true.
I left him but I know now that he was seeing people behind my back our whole relationship. I didn’t find out till I left. A year into our relationship he started a long term affair with an ex as he saw I started to see who he really was. I started being suspicious about them texting but could never prove anything. Until they both started playing mind games with me by changing their profile pictures copying each other.
One day, she changed it to a cropped picture of both of them, where I could see his hand on her shoulder. That’s the day I decided to leave.
I guess they did this in hopes that I’d leave by my own ‘paranoia’. Instead of him breaking up with me. He denied it all when I confronted him and said it was her cousin in the picture. The last time I saw him he had the nerve to have tears in his eyes and say how heartbroken he was about us ending our relationship.
It was so hurtful that all this happened when we were trying to conceive! I’m so glad I got away and never got pregnant by him.
Anyway, it’s been nearly a year since I left and the truths keep coming. I found out that he has two other children with two different women apart from his officially known children. The last one was born not long after we separated. It makes me feel sick!
He always used to say, “we’ll have a girl, I only have daughters, it’s like a course”.

They patronize you and tell you how heart broken they are when you know they could really care less. As for his mom being involved, I have definitely heard of that before and it is so sick and twisted. I didn't experience that with his mother but she was THE ONLY person he didn't talk crap about. He seemed to have something negative to say just about everyone except her. That's crazy about the fact he had kids you didn't know about. I'm glad you didn't have any with him. That would have been a new level of nightmare in your life. I almost had a kid with mine too and so glad I didn't. We're left with the broken shell of what we thought they were, slowly realizing all the lies and manipulation and realizing the whole thing was fake. It's left me feeling paranoid and empty. What my covert narc did to me makes me so furious that my teeth have literally shifted from grinding them and clenching my jaw so hard in my sleep. He screwed with my head mercilessly during one of the most difficult times in my life and I just simply can't fathom another human that seemed so kind and helpful would knowingly view me as fodder for psychological games. No photos on her social media of this joker. He is a transitional supply at best.

During the first discard, her new supply was a sex offender who just got out of prison. He would have to wear an ankle bracelet and had to avoid schools and parks. I would say that is a major downgrade.
My replacement was a downgrade, I read a store in the news years later…because quality people always land up there. Where he got drunk, crashed through a fence and passed out with his foot still on the gas crashing into a tree on some poor dudes lawn. So when I found out I was actually relieved because she obviously chose wisely. Anyway she ended up with someone who, clearly matched her energy… I’m more quiet and reserved myself. I was like that’s the dude, hey got nuts I have a legitimate reason to leave now.
I actually finally dug my heels in about my ex’s selfishness, it only took 40 years(slow learner)!! I thought because I was such a good person & he always got his way, because if he didn’t there was hell to pay for all of us, he would comply with my wanting to have some control of my own!! Ha!! What planet was I on!! He moved out when he saw I wasn’t budging like usual & found a new supply, which I think he was actually grooming in the background. She looks like my clone in many ways & even sounds like me!! Weird! He told me in one of our last conversations that he had to go to plan B when I wouldn’t go back to the way it was! I’m sooo happy she gets to deal with his BS now. How naive & in denial I was, I’ve learned a lot from these channels, thank you!

Mine definitely downgraded as she was very much older, missing teeth and very rough around the edges …had no real job or a home of her own…but my narc ex was all about greed and money and she was getting ready to inherit 300 acres of farmland and he wanted to be able to farm and be a part of it …so toward the end, he pretty much told on himself when he was drunk and he acted like a different person couldn’t look me in the eye…I was left in the dark only catching bits and pieces until it come full circle and I busted him - then he went postal as I was trying to get answers and he give a harsh discard even tho I was already there because of the constant lies and betrayal …I look back and realize it had been going on for at least several months - left with no real answers - but she’s not someone that he introduces to his family or takes out - only FWB - It’s very disgusting to me because the things he criticized and devalued me for she fits that perfecty
Adding that I was in a 9 1/2 year relationship with this narc and were engaged and looking at future homes on his farm when my kids got out of school - I was too independent for him and not submissive enough so I guess in his mind she was a definite upgrade

It weighed heavy in me for 2 months. Why him I asked. Hes not anything to look at. Well I left the narc which forced her to jump to the only thing that was available. I've recently found out the new supply ended the relationship recently. Took a long time for me to mentally get to a place where I didn't care about the new supply. Things that helped me: remembering... how many times he cheated on me whether I was loving to him or not, the things he said about me to these other women and how he lied to them too even though he claimed they were better than me, the awful things he said to me, and my favorite memory, when he flat out randomly said to me about the new supply "I hope she doesn't find out that I only have connections with ppl based on what they can offer me" 😮!? So he told me exactly how he felt about her and all I could think of was how that was once me, yikes!
It matters because my boy just came back to me with bruises on his sides from moms boyfriend "tossing" my son! 10 years old and I feel they do it on purpose to get a reaction

We have remained friends and I use that term loosely, but what neither of these two woman know is he is terminally ill and there is no future with him, very sad really.

The weirdest thing is that my ex narc’s new supply looks like me - several friends have commented this to me since he posted the first pic of her. She’s younger (I’m 5 years older than him and she’s 5 years younger than him) and she’s slightly shorter and more petite, but those things actually don’t work in his favor since he tends to like taller and more “masculine” women (he likes to be submissive) so the cute young petite model doesn’t really fit his type. Seems like she was the first shiny object around and he thought this will do in a pinch.

Without sounding cruel to this new fella, I have a house, nice car, down to earth and look after myself ie rarely drink, dont smoke or take drugs and I go gym and Yoga, have a little girl 12yo and treated her and her 5yo son well we all got on well as a couple or all together kids etc, we went log cabins, meals out, castles and trips, then because I wouldnt take her rude mannerism towards myself which started in our last month together and called her out on it she broke up with me this was a month ago, 3 weeks after breakup she is with a new fella now who has tattoos all over his face, looks dirty and smelly, uses drugs and smokes from pictures on Facebook and even had her friends asking me what the hell is she doing with him over you! I still miss the fake person I fell in love with and miss her but why go for someone the complete opposite to me! I feel sorry for her 5yo tbh, loved that little dude.
